A very nice condo!

The condo is better than the owner described. It is very clean and well-maintained. The furniture and wall decors are very nice and look like professional designed. Both bedrooms have double beds. The master bath and the shower are spacious. The second bedroom can be an independent unit. Our 2 teenager sons enjoyed their privacy there. The kitchenware is complete and with good quality. It is right on the PGA golf course and the golf learning center. It is about 25 min to ocean. Shopping and eating out are only 2-3 min away by driving. There is a heated swimming pool in the community. It is a gated, peaceful and clean community. The rental procedure is simply. We pay to the owner’s Pay-pal account and we received an email said we are all set to go. We definitely will recommend this property to our friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, we will rental again in 2012.

The property was exactly as described and surpassed expectation. It was well maintained and nicely decorated. It is secluded but only a short drive to restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and plan on using it on return trips to Florida.

The owner is easy to contact and is very accommodating.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
