Enjoy the patio around the oversized pool and spa or dock your boat on the private dock equipped with a 10,000 lbs. boat lift. From this house can be out on the open water in less than 5 minutes. Great deep water access for boaters. For entertainment you'll find 2 big screen TV's (56 inches), an extra 6 TV's in the bedrooms and library. All TV's are equipped with VCR players. The living room TV offers a DVD player. This property is located within walking distance of several restaurants.

  • A 25% Reservation Binder is required with your reservation. Upon receipt, confirmation of your accommodations will be mailed to you. The outstanding 75% rental balance and a security deposit ($100.00 minimum, $1000.00 maximum) Are Due And Payable 60 Days Prior To Arrival. Your security deposit will be returned by mail within 30 days of checkout (phone bills can take as long as 30 days to arrive) less any significant damage, excessive electricity usage, excessive cleaning costs and/or long distance phone calls. Please no pets without prior arrangements. All rentals are subject to state and county tax of 10%. Deposits Are Not Refundable.
