Our Villa Manager will meet you at the airport and guide you to the villa and cater for your needs. As you make your journey you will be presented with fantastic views of turquoise waters and white sandy beaches, however this is nothing compared to the view you will be seeing everyday from Villa Oyster Pearl.
Nestled in the hillside just above Dawn Beach, the Villa has direct beach access from the garden. Now with new steps and beach side sun deck, it is even easier and quicker for you to swim in the warm, clear blue waters of Dawn Beach Bay. Facing due east, the cool sea breezes easily refresh your body, making the experience comfortable as well as beautiful.
Not only are you minutes away from one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, you are also within a short walking distance of a handful of the islands most impressive restaurants, including two fantastic beach bars.
The beach is shared only with a select few Villas in the area and the Westin Hotel, with Casino and excellent pool and hot tub facilities.
To cater for your every need, Villa Oyster Pearl comes with a fully equipped kitchen. cooking utensils, crockery etc,
In Villa Catering can be arranged from a Kid friendly meal when the family arrives back from a day out exploring to a romantic starlight dinner or dinner party with good friends.
There is a new sun deck by the beach for a little added privacy: beach equipment (including snorkel gear and body-boards) and free wireless internet are also available.
But then, who needs internet when you have intriguing garden wildlife, white sandy beaches and deep blue seas?

Security and Safety
St Maarten is 'The friendly Island'. It is a tropical paradise not a Utopia. Crime still happens, as with anywhere in the world, some precautions need to be taken.
Don't leave valuables in your car - not even the trunk.
Lock and secure all doors and windows when leaving your Villa.
Oyster Pearl is unique in that it is completely fenced and accessed by a drive way gate with remote operation. The beach access is also padlocked at night.
The Concierge, Villa Manager also lives on site - unseen from the Villa.
Blackie, our Black Lab, although aging, is still an excellent watch dog.
Most Villas, especially ones that claim beach access, are not fenced or guarded.
