Wake up every morning in a tropical setting of fruit trees and gardens. Relax in a brand new private electric heated pool that overlooks our backyard. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located at Baycrest II - the most desirable address in all of Venice! In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and enjoy a partial view of Roberts Bay. This wonderful home is only a 4 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Baycrest II home is located on the island of Venice and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps 10 and has a living room with a tiled floors.

Other close activities include baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc. One great seafood restaurant (Sharkeys) is only a short drive away. Sharkey's is next to the Venice Florida pier and is great for watching the sunset and hearing live guitar music. It is really fun. Also, the home is walking distance to the cute Venice Airport (small airplanes only). There is a very fun restaurant called the Aero squadron restaurant. Down town Venice has great specialty shops, fabulous seafood restaurants and a great community theater. Sarasota Florida is only 15 minutes away by car. Nearby restaurants include Outback, Carrabba's, Bonefish and lots more. Smoke free house. Smoking only permitted on outside lanai.

Our Baycrest II beach house is very roomy .: Our Baycrest II vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. And, our house contains 2 queen sleeper beds (sleeps 4). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full sized and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. The other is handicapped accessible.

Home is loaded with new living room furniture: Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharky's where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

Lots of amenities: Amenities: Includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric heat, and a washer & dryer. And of course a heated pool and screened in lanai. Plus, brand new color TVs, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens, towels, new central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill.

Hi Steve, The Bayshore house is lovely, the neighbors very nice. They brought their dogs over to meet our dog and have two girls near our daughter’s age. Our daughter even went to a bowling alley at the invitation of the youth group at the local church we attended this morning. Our favorite was that this is the first vacation that we brought our dog Molly and it was so much fun we will definitely bring her again next year. Her favorites on her first ever vacation was the Brohard Paw Park dog beach, walking to downtown Venice and listening to concerts in the park. We look forward to staying at your Bayshore location again next year.

My husband and I enjoyed your rental. Very restful and enjoyed the swimming pool.The booking of property was very easy online and everything worked fine at the house so did not need to contact anyone for help. This is the second house we have rented from you and have been satisfied so far. <br/>Will use your company again in the future.

Another successful trip to Baycrest II. It’s in a great quiet location very close to the Beaches with all the amenities you require. Very clean and delivers exactly what it promises. Good size pool which the kids loved. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Ideal family vacation home and good value

Nice big house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is quite large. We could easily walk to venice beach, or to down town. We brought our boat and the ramp is 5 minutes away. This home is not luxuroius, it has alittle age, but it is VERY nice and clean. Perfect for a family. The neighborhood was upscale and VERY quite. The pool was great and clean, although it could use refacing, it was no problem. The property manager stopped by our first day to make sure all was ok, which it was, we did not need to bother him with any problems and he did not intrude on our vacation, however we knew if we needed anything he would be right there. All in all, a great stay. The rental company associates were nice, helpful and profesional. Thanks for a great vacation. I would definately use the rental company and/or this home again.

Bayshore home

My family of 10 stayed at the Bayshore home for a week. The accomodations were perfect. The home was very clean and was in a good location of the city of Venice. We were 2 blocks from downtown and the neighborhood was nice to just take evening walks through. The swimming pool was also great to have, we couldn't keep the 2 kids out of it and even the folks that don't swim got in and floated around. We will definitly stay here again.We also visited about 4 or 5 different beaches, as most of them were only a few minutes drive away. we came home with alot of shells and sharks teeth. We have always rented 2 or 3 condos for our yearly vacations but this is the way to go if you have a large group. We were able to all stay together and sit outside in the evenings visiting instead of spliting up to return to our rooms to relax. This property was everything they discribed it to be, very well maintained and nicely decorated. We are already looking forward to our vacation next year at this house. Thanks again for a great vacation home...
