Our Baycrest II beach house is very roomy .: Wander along Main Street and browse to your heart’s content in shops, restaurants and little boutiques. Enjoy the best in al fresco dining at charming sidewalk cafes. Along the way, admire huge oaks are draped in Spanish moss. This town is absolutely charming.
As is this Baycrest home. A brand new heated pool and surrounding patio are enclosed in a gorgeous screened lanai. Treat yourself to Terrazzo tile floors and many further indulgences. Tropical accents dot the walls throughout the house. Wireless and cable high-speed Internet are added conveniences.
New furniture in the living room is of particularly high quality. Large coffee and side tables are great for holding snacks or cooling drinks, and everyone will fight over the leather recliner chairs and matching foot stools.

Home is loaded with new living room furniture: The home’s three bedrooms include a king bed in the master suite, with two twins and two queens in the guest rooms. Enjoy brand new furniture throughout. Two further guests will sleep comfortably in the sunroom on an oversized sleeper sofa. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have large closets. Of the two bathrooms, one has a bath/shower combo and the other a handsome tiled shower stall.
Look out for ‘snow birds’ as you walk to the beach. Parrots visit Venice and surrounds during the winter, and are often found nesting in palm trees along the shore.
Lots of amenities: Our Baycrest house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice Island near Roberts Bay. Our house is on a small side street at 433 Baycrest Drive and is just 5 blocks to the Venice Beach and 3 blocks to downtown Venice. We just added a beautiful pool and enclosed patio and lanai.
Location, Location, Location! The Baycrest House is only a 5 block walk to the Venice Beach and a few minutes more to the Crow's Nest seafood restaurant where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. If you have a dog, it is a nice walk or short car ride to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park. Also, the beach home is about 3 blocks to Venice Avenue and downtown Venice Florida. Here you will find shops, boutiques, cafes and even tennis courts and recreation area.
