LUXURY

From the wonderfully appointed kitchen to the elegant furnishings and art work to the glass shower and jetted bathtub... this is a very comfortable, relaxing environment.

The beds have exceptional mattresses, high thread count pima cotton sheets, and down pillows.

ENTERTAINMENT

The 1080P high definition projector provides a crystal clear 77' diagonal image with a calibrated 5.1 high end sound system. The HD cable with DVR let's you watch HD shows on your schedule. The Blu-Ray / DVD player really shows off the system best.

CONVENIENT

Everything in this house is convenient. The washer/dryer are right next to the kitchen. You can watch the 6.5 foot diagonal projection screen from the kitchen sink and the dining table. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and spacious double sinks.

SAFETY

We were really shocked when we rented $1,500 mountain bikes and the bike rental shop didn't provide us locks to lock up the bikes. They didn't even have locks if we wanted them! We noticed that nobody in Park City locks their bikes. This is one small indicator of how relaxed and different Park City really is.

INTEGRAL GARAGE

The garage is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second floor. You access the garage from inside the house. So you aren't exposed to the snow when leaving from or coming to the house with your car.

There are equipment racks in the garage and right inside house. So your skis are at your fingertips without having to bring them into the house. And your boots stay in a warm area so they are nice to put on then next morning.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* Four night minimum stay (please inquire about shorter stays)

* $250 security deposit and half rental balance to secure booking

* Remainder of balance due at least 30 days prior to first night's stay

* $90 Cleaning fee (waived for 7 night or longer stays)

* Check-in time 4pm and Check-out time 10am

* Must be 21 to book a reservation

* No smoking and no pets

About The Owner

A family that loves their time in Park City.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2010
Why The Owner chose Fox Point at Redstone

After looking at many ski in/ski out properties in Park City our two daughters demanded that we only consider this place. The ski in/ski out properties are great in the morning getting on the slopes. However after skiing everybody is stuck in an isolated area. At this property we ski all day, pick up the family right next to the lifts, and then are 30 yards from all the best activities and restaurants in town. This particular unit had a great layout. We've stayed in others but this layout just worked better for us because: * the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo instead of right next to each other (peace for parents) * there is a one car garage (no clearing the car after the copious Utah powder falls all night) * the path from the garage to the unit is all inside (no trudging through snow after a hard day of skiing) * the corner unit means there are lots of windows with light everywhere

What makes this townhome unique

First, this property has a great layout. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are on opposite sides of family room. This allows Mom and Dad to get some peace and privacy when away from the kids. Second, we really hate vacation hotels and condos with tiny TVs. We enjoy watching movies after a day skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, etc. So as soon as we purchased this property we invested in a custom home theatre installation. There is now a large 1080P HD LCD TV in the master bedroom. And a very large screen 1080P front projector with an incredible sound system in the family room. Seems a bit silly with a movie theatre 200 feet away, but we really enjoy the private viewing.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family has stayed at the unit for 14 nights. The unit is superb. Great location for skiing and getting around. Fully equipped for a family. Easy access to restaurants nearby. Our family like to stay in for dinner at times, the kitchen is well equipped.

We look forward to stay at the unit again. Perfect home to relax after a long day of skiing and enjoying the TV system with the cozy fireplace.

We have no reservations in recommending the unit to others.

Nice place. Great big screen projector TV. Living room furniture could be better a little awkward for watching the TV and no arms on the two chairs. Could use a better coffee pot too.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this townhouse last weekend & we can't wait to be back. Apart from the fact that we had the most amazing ski weekend, the condo was just P*E*R*F*E*C*T for us. After a long day at the slopes we couldn't wait to get back to the house and enjoy the place.
It was SUPER clean, perfect layout, big rooms, parking space, lots of light, a walk away from Whole Foods, no more than a 10 min drive to ski resorts & just exactly what we were looking for.
We are definitely staying here next time we are visiting Park City.

My husband and I recently rented this condo for a mini ski vacation and we can't wait to rent it again!! The condo is beyond fabulous! The decor was chic, inviting and perfectly comforting after a long day of skiing. We ended each day by the fireplace and had to pull ourselves out of the HEAVENLY beds in the mornings. The condo is ideally situated within a few short miles of several world class resorts such as Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons. If you are simply looking to relax and stay close to home, Redstone offers dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps from the front door. We can't say enough about this condo and look forward to staying there again!

A GREAT CONDO!!!!!!!!

We spent the whole month at this condo. What a true gem! The description from the owner is absolutely perfect and 100% accurate. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that it took us ages to get out each morning! Had it not been for the beautiful days and weather conditions we may still be in one! Everything is provided for guests' comfort and well-being in this cosy condo. It’s perfectly located for the cinema, bowling alley, restaurants, speciality shops and grocery stores. It truly is only 3 minutes to walk to the cinema. It’s quiet and peaceful too. The deck area is delightful to sit. The garage is integral to the home so you don’t even have to step outside to open up the door each time. The communications from the owners was excellent and so very prompt.
Free bus service just a short 3 minute walk.
We wanted to stay in this condo again in the summer of 2010, but it was being upgraded. We will be back.
