It is incredibly furnished with king-size master bedroom with private bathroom, Ethan Allen furniture, TV, and mirrored door closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size pillow top bed, furnished in rattan, and has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is set up as a suite that can be privately closed off from the other living areas. There is also a living room sleeper sofa with queen-size mattress.

Harbor Island is a private, gated community just east of beautiful, historic Beaufort, South Carolina. Beaufort is about 15 minutes away and has shopping, excellent restaurants, cinemas, museums, and activities for the culturally minded. Hunting Island State Park is two miles from Harbor Island, and features an historic light house, a Nature Conservancy, hiking and nature trails, and a beautiful public beach. Fripp Island is five miles away for those of you who golf. Historic Savannah, GA is one hour south, and Charleston, SC, 1 1/2 hours north. For those of you who love shopping, Hilton Head is only 45 minutes south of Harbor Island.
