Lovely 3 BR 2 BA Private Oceanfront Villa with Optional 1 BR 1 BA Apartment

This lovely octagonal home located on the oceanfront cliffs of Quebradillas commands the most breathtaking coastal views from sunrise to sunset in all of Puerto Rico. There are steps directly from the property leading to beautiful secluded Noli beach where there is also a Rainforest to explore. Located in the popular Porta Del Sol region of Puerto Rico there are numerous restaurants (3 within walking distance) as well Horseback riding, Golf and other activities. There are also many additional beaches nearby for surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving.

With outdoor living in mind the property has meandering paths which leads through lushly landscaped gardens with several sitting areas amidst orchids Lemon trees, herb and flower gardens and of course the Gazebo at the edge of the cliff where besides the stunning views you can enjoy the varied bird life. Whales, Manatees and Giant Sea Turtles have also been spotted. Aligarden, a private 1/2 acre oceanfront paradise!!

One of the many beautiful views from the property is secluded Noli beach that is accessible from the property via steps affording breathtaking views of the spectacular rugged coastline. It is a wonderful beach where you can enjoy the surf and sun and watch the sea pelicans and other beautiful sights each day amidst the palm trees and lush tropical forest. Due to the surf and the strong currents it is not suitable for swimming. However, there are many swimming beaches nearby. The house itself has ocean views from each of it's rooms. The bedrooms, though not large, are quite comfortable. Both bathrooms have been beautifully redone very recently. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from the beach. With the breezes coming off the Ocean and fans in every room the house is quite comfortable all year round with a wonderful tropical feeling about it.

The home has a Fully equipped kitchen (incl Dishwasher and Microwave), Cable TV, DVD/CD, Stereo, High Speed Internet Access, Comfortable beds (2 Br with King Size beds and one with double bed), Washer/Dryer, Private Security Gate w/remote.

A spacious Studio Apartment downstairs is available (at a nominal cost) for our guests who might require additional space for another couple. This comfortable Air Conditioned unit is comprised of the bedroom, (with Queen sized bed), a full Bathroom and a Living and Kitchen area that opens into Lush gardens surrounding an outside sheltered Living room with double sized hammock. Should you not need this optional Studio, it will remain vacant for the duration of your stay providing private enjoyment of the property.

I've been to Aligarden 3 times now and I am headed there again next month. This is the most breathtaking place I have even been and the photos do not even come close to doing it justice. The owner of the property has done all of the landscaping and gardening and the intense love she has for the property is evident in her work! It's easy to forget that a world exists outside of the property which makes it perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. The locals are amazing people with great stories. And the food is delicious!! The two restaurants located on the same street as the house make delicious local specialties that will have you craving rice and beans for breakfast! There is a supermarket as well other shops within a 15 minute drive and other great swimming beaches as well as the caves (which i recommend) are about 30-40 minutes away.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

I've wanted to send you a note since I arrived at Aligarden. Your place is
really amazing, all I can think about is how I can get back there. The week
there essentially redefined what a vacation is to me. I was so relaxed, falling
asleep to the waves and gently waking up to the sun and warm breeze coming
through the bedroom. I started a new job last week and I only get two weeks of
vacation and I'm quite sure that one of them will be at Aligarden. The garden was
immaculate, it was so pretty and the variety of plants was really impressive. The private beach was the icing on the cake, I didn't see a single person on it the entire week.

Thank you again for sharing your slice of paradise, I hope I can get back there
again and again.
Owner's Response: Although there are many activities you can take part in around this area, none are as rewarding as just taking the time to listen when the waves break on the surf & cliff rocks
below and feel the vibrations of it in your body. Or take a deep breath while on the gazeebo, and smell the sea. But my favorite thing to do is to take an early morning walk, coffee cup in hand, and sit in the pagoda in front of the big breadfruit tree and enjoy the sounds of awakening birds, or a far away rooster.

This is truly a place to enjoy with all your senses.

Best place to stay in PR

This house has beautiful gardens and an amazing view of the north shore of Puerto Rico. It is adjacent to other houses, but the architecture, vegetation, surrounding walls and security gate make it feel very private. We loved the gazebo, gardens, and the sitting area around the built-in BBQ pit -- which we made use of several times during our stay. There's a locked gate (key on house key-ring) that gives you access to the path that goes down to the almost-private beach at the bottom of the cliff. We went down there almost every day and had the whole beach to ourselves almost every time.

A special thanks to the owner, Alicia, for making us feel at home and being so incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Owner's Response: Sometimes, I forget "on purpose", to mention any new improvements to pleasantly surprise
my (especially returning) guests. But I'll say that after throwing out yet another rusty barbecue
grill, I had one built in and placed at the edge of the cliff, overlooking the ocean.
Also, the outdoor shower comes in handy to refresh and rinse off all that sand frrom a day
at the beach. What is most important to us is that all our guests feel at home in Aligarden.

AWESOME PLACE!!!!

Growing up in Puerto Rico I never thought that i could call another place home until i stay in Aligarden. This property is an undiscovered gem. From the minute that i drove in i knew that the owners cared and loved this place. The house was immaculate. The oceanfront view is breath taking. The constant breeze from the ocean gives you this sense of peace that you don't get back in the states. All of the local restaurants are great, "La Quebrada" is a personal favorite. Alicia was easy to contact if i had any questions as well as she made sure that we felt at home and everything was good. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for a vacation home. She certainly has my business every time I go back to puerto rico.

But Mother Nature plays the most important role with her serne sunrises, sensational

The Perfect Getaway

When we arrived at Aligarden, we were blown away by the beautiful property. Talk about a true paradise. As soon as you drive up to the home, all you see is the beautiful gardens and you are surrounded by the ocean. Watching the sunset sitting in the gazebo was awesome. The amenities.....well, the owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. The home is equipped with everything. Speaking of the owners, Alicia was friendly, and very accommodating. There was so much to do nearby in walking distance....great restaurants, park, beaches....totally awesome. I will definitely visit Aligarden again....can't wait. My family and I loved our stay.
