So about the lifts tickets. Yes, a phone call to me really will save you and your group 40% off on your lift tickets... whether you stay with me or not. It's a simple tip, easy to do, and I share it with all my friends. So do call me, regardless , as I'm happy to share this local's tip...
My set up is perfect for 4 adults with kids. It's a very nicely appointed 2000 square feet town-home on 3 levels, with 2 master suites, and a bunk room for the kids. In the bunk room, the kids have their own bath, bean bag chairs, and a flat screen TV with built in DVD. The bunk bed has a trundle underneath which pulls out for even more sleeping space. They love it in there, and hint: never leave!
The adult suites each have a king bed, flat screen, own bath with jetted tub, and as they're on separate levels, the top room gets it own outdoor balcony, and the bottom patio holds your private outdoor hot tub.
The middle level has no bedrooms, but is home to it's own balcony -- making a total of 3 outdoor areas, a fireplace, and the chef's kitchen with all new Viking Appliances, surrounded by 3 inch granite counters. The place went into service for the ski season 2010, so to say it's brand new is an understatement. Make pancakes here that you'll never forget.
For parking there's a heated underground parking spot right at your door, which YOU won't need, as part of your rental includes free, on demand, door to door transportation in our Chevy suburban or van. I recommend you save money and don't get a car. I never do, parking is tough in and town, and using our service you can ski in/ski out at Deer Valley too!
If you like to swim in the heated outdoor pool, you'll appreciate being just 4 doors down, far enough to not hear, but close enough to reach wearing one of the heavy robes I provide. There's a complete workout equipment here too... if you're crazy enough to want even more exercise while on a Park City vacation.
Oh, and if you like to ski here's the kicker. Yes my place is ski in/ski out, but BETTER than that your rental comes with the use of my ski locker, just steps from the ski rental shop, and breakfast area at the bottom of the Silver Star chair. SO, you get your coffee in street clothes, THEN, go to your private slope side locker room to suit up, then take your skis off the rack, and then take the few steps to the lift... which doesn't even have a roped off lift line maze, as there's never been a line... ever.
Oh that's right, lift tickets? Well, you can skip the ticket booth right there, as I already tipped you off on inexpensive lift tickets we this first began.
How convenient? Impossibly so. Stay once, you will be hooked.
And you should also ask me about the greatest snowmobile trip of your life, when you call. You can't miss that trip!
BTW, weekly and monthly summer rentals are available too. Probably the best time of the year to be in Park City, even if you do love to Ski.

I'm happy to tell you more about Park City. The best combination of skiing, snow conditions, shopping, restaurants, and major airport access you will ever find. And the powder is pretty good too!
