  • $185-$300Night
  • Rentals less than 4 nights are charged an $80 cleaning fee. One-half the rent as deposit is required to secure reservation with the remainder due 30 (sometimes 60) days in advance of occupancy.
    Most months require 30-day cancellation. Summer months and some holidays require 60 days. Payment may be made by personal check or money order. There is a $50 cancellation fee.

    October 15th to May 14th $235/night or $550/3 nights plus $80 cleaning if less than 4 nights, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's.
    May 15th to October 14th $275-$300/night plus $80 cleaning if less than four nights.

"Best cottage in Oceanside. Has all the extra touches you will not find in
a normal rental. We felt and inhaled the glorious Oregon clean ocean in this perfect setting, and oh yes, we exchanged our wedding vows in it too!! We will see you for our 5 year anniversary. . if we can wait that long "

We loved our stay at the cottage. We stayed a week and even though it rained often we still had fun in our cozy home away from home. By the way, there is no espresso machine. Good thing there is "Brewin' in the Wind"!

I just want to thank you for the comforts that were provided for our
stay December 24 until the 28th. The tree was absolutely beautiful and
the poinsiettas and extra Christmas decorations in the bedrooms were a
very nice extra touch. The cottage was everything we had hoped for amd
more. Watching the storms roll in were spectacular. We had a wonderful
Christmas. I wanted to bring the beds home with me, they were so
comfortable. We hope to book it at another time. Thank you again,

Unbelievable,
Spectacular vacation.What did we enjoy most: Was

but the jewel in the crown was the sound of the
