This is a beautifully renovated condo (2012) on Vanderbilt Beach 1/4 mile from the Ritz Carlton.
It is located on the beach. The views from the condo are spectacular especially at sunset. The condo unit is on the corner of the building which makes it very quiet. Our condo has all the comforts of home: including a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms with plush towels, bed linens, washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, sleeper sofa, TV and cable in all bedrooms and in living room, high speed internet, & large screen LCD TV. It's a great place to get away and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere of Vanderbilt Beach.
The condo is on the 4th floor of an eight story building. The elevator is around the corner from the unit so it is close but not a noise distraction. There is also a set of steps that is right in front of the unit from the lobby/entrance of the building in case you want to get in some exercise. It’s great, not too many steps to walk up but high enough to give you a great view of the ocean from the condo. There are two bedrooms; a master with a king size bed, and a guest bedroom with two single beds. In addition there is a den in the living room with a sleeper sofa. There are two baths,a large kitchen with counter and dining area overlooking the ocean, large living room with balcony across the entire back of the condo facing the beach. Nice pool area and a locker with beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

We live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and have been coming to Naples for 30 years. Finally, in December of 2011 we bought our own unit at Seawatch
Vanderbilt Beach in Naples is the only place in Florida we have visited over our lives and it is truly our second home.
The best benefit of Seawatch of course is the direct access it has to the Gulf of Mexico. Who could ask for more??
North Naples is very developed with all the current shops and restaurants. You have the best of recreation/relaxation and dining within minutes of Seawatch.
