Our newly remodeled, mountain home sits at nearly 8500 feet between Angel Fire Resort's beautiful Championship PGA 18 hole Golf Course and the Resort's private trout filled Monte Verde Lake. The views from the two large rear decks of the surrounding mountains and countryside are amazing.

Located approximately two miles to the Town Center, the Resort's ski base can be easily accessed from your own vehicle (the roads are really well maintained and snowplowed throughout the ski season).Our multilevel floor plan has over 1600 square feet and is designed to comfortably sleep 12 people on real beds (sorry no sleeper sofas allowed, they hurt my back). The kitchen contains all the needed appliances ( frost-free refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker), along with cooking utensils and dishes. I should also note that the drinking water in Angel Fire is the best I have tasted anywhere so don't worry about bringing bottled water.

The living/dining room is an open concept with a soaring wood ceiling, a very nice gas fireplace (no need to lug in firewood and smoke up the house), 32'' TV, DVD/CD player and VCR, and lots of glass to take in the wonderful views. There are two full baths. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with TV/DVD/VCR. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with TV. Bedroom #3 has a bunkbed (two twins) and a Full-size bed with TV/VCR. Bedroom #4 is a large semi-enclosed loft equipped with two Queen-size beds and TV/VCR.

The tiled entry room is large enough to keep your ski equipment inside or can be used for an additional dining area if you want to use the folding table and chairs that are available to you. We have a nice utility room with front loading washer and dryer. Pets are allowed and we do NOT allow smoking inside the house due to medical reasons.

Great accomodation for a large group!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! The cabin was in a quiet easy to find neighborhood although very little parking. We brought a Suburban and a full size truck with very little room to enter or exit the vehicles once parked. However, this would be my one and only complaint!! Very clean and well maintained. TV's in every room with several VHS movies to choose from. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, utensils and cookware go. Large entry room to store ski equipment. Large bedrooms with great use of space. We would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to our friends!!!

Our family of six has a great week in the mountains. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and well located to the many fun activities Angel Fire offers in the summer. Definitely would look to stay there again!

We had a great time time in your home. It was very clean, everything worked, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. We relaxed on the deck, walked in the Resort and fished the lake. Even the local horseback riding was great. I would recommend Angel Fire or Red River to all wanting to beat the Summer heat! Thanks again!

Perfect place for a group!

this property was better than we had anticipated!...we were 4 couples and the accomodations were perfect for our group!...each couple had their own room and we shared the two bathrooms, which was no problem...we spent a lot of time hanging out on the two decks, enjoying the beautiful surroundings...we were five minutes or less (Driving) from the golf course and beautiful club house...the house was very clean and offered everything we needed for a perfect weekend!...we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for a group of people!
