**Best** location in town!! This 3 BR/2 BA ski-in/ski-out condo was recently remodeled--new kitchen, new appliances, and new furniture. It has a thermostatically controlled gas log fireplace in the living room. There is a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds each in the other bedrooms, sleeping six (6). The outdoor hot tub is just feet away and sits to the side of the ski run. There is also access to a covered (in winter) swimming pool which is heated and open in the summer and only a block away. Summer in Breckenridge is as glorious as the winter! (See activities list). You don't have to incur the extra expense of a rental car if you stay here. The Denver airport has public transportation which delivers you and picks you up at your front door. In the summer, Breckenridge becomes a music lovers paradise with two (2) resident classical orchestras. A short 3-minute walk from the condo brings you to the Riverwalk that seats 700 people for live arts, jazz, ballet, theater and other exciting venues. Breckenridge is also a biker's paradise with a paved recreation path all the way to Vail and beyond! The Visitors Center can also direct you to many hikes in the area, all of which take your breath away. Dillon Lake (about 20 minutes away) can handle all your boating needs and rents pontoons, canoes and kayaks. There are flyfishing outfitters if you like to fish. Just outside town is a Jack Nicholas public golf course, rated as one of the toughest courses in Colorado. And of course our winters are lengendary. In addition to snow skiing, Breckenridge has 2 Nordic ski centers for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The beauty of this area will blow your mind!

At the end of your skiing day, you take Four O'Clock Run to your backyard and in the morning, you are 120 yards from the Snowflake Lift which connects to the whole mountain, with skiing for all abilities. Two shuttle stops (one in each direction) are 1/2 block away to take you to all the base skiing areas and around town, including the grocery store. Summertime activities are hiking, biking (you can ride from Breckenridge to Vail on paved, off-road bike path), horseback riding, rafting, mining tours, golf, tennis, swimming, boating on nearby Lake Dillon Breckenridge is just under 100 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA), 9 miles off of I-70.

Ski: Since Christmas of 2006, there is a 10-minute gondola ride from town to Peak 8 on the mountain. There is no charge for use of the gondola. Meet your non-skiing friends at the mountain for lunch!

Our deepest thanks to you for the great place in Breckenridge. We had such a wonderful time in your place that we are now ?spoiled? and wish to re-locate! (Oh well, since re-location really isn?t an option, I guess we will just have to plan a return trip.)

The town was charming, the condo was wonderfully comfortable and perfect in every way, the activities were great fun?it was all just perfect! Thank you so very much.

And, thanks for the great library, too! My wife, Helen, read one of your paperback Anita Shreve novels and I dipped into your copy of an old favorite, Lake Wobegon Days.

I am attaching a photo of our group. Standing in the back are Emily (15 years old), Ben and his wife, Jenny, and Erin (20 years old). And, of course, Helen and myself are seated.

Thanks again for renting your home to us. We will always have fond memories of our stay there and you will be the first person we contact if our future travels allow us the privilege of a Breckenridge stay again.

The Best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and in this condo. We were 6 people and had more than enough room. What was particularly nice was that the kitchen was totally stocked with appliances and tools. We were only there for 3 nights (2 dinners) so we ate out those two nights, but we really could have picked up food and cooked in if we were there for longer.

It was so comfortable for skiing, everyone could hit the slopes when they wanted, we met in the condo for lunch and whoever wanted to go out again went. It couldn't have been easier.

Clean, 2 full bathrooms! I wouldn't think twice about coming back to this condo. The owners were also very attentive. Answering questions, returning phone calls. Perfect!

Passionate skiers

This condo was an ideal setting to pursue our passion. Close to a lift, ski back home, with little wasted effort jamming around town. We found it quite convenient to drop in for lunch.

The property is well maintained, the water hot, and the hot tub great relaxation after a lot of skiing each day.

We didn't explore Breckenridge much, but accomplished our mission with great skiing conditions.

I can attest to the honesty of the owners, and we certainly will consider returning another time.

This was our second trip to Breckenridge in 2 weeks. Our first stay was a studio with Resort Quest and this Condo was by far not only nicer but a better location. No carry ski's back at night or for lunch. Can ski right to the condo fo lunch, have a better lunch and back out for the afternoon with no hassle. Great condo for family with kids. Also nice that the few little things you might need to cook like salt, pepper, and a few other spices, Diana has stocked so you don't find yourself with dinner all done and that you forgot something small. Thanks and we will be back!

Wonderful Christmas!

Part of our family stayed in this lovely condo over the Christmas hollidays and loved it. It is well kept, and in a wonderful location - short walk to Snowflake lift in the morning and return all the way to the condo via Four O'clock Run in the evening. Also a short walk to town. We would definitely stay here again!
