We invite you to visit our comfortable 2,000 square foot Winter Park townhouse. This is a family oriented home with large rooms and plenty windows to exploit the mountain views. We are located next to a greenbelt. A fishing pond, the Fraser River, and the Fraser River biking/hiking/cross-country trail is only 50 yards away. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are all within 30 miles. Sleeping Accommodations: Bedroom 1 - One Queen Size Bed (Plus roll-a-way for use as needed.) Bedroom 2 - One Queen Size Bed and one Single Bed Bedroom 3 - One Queen Size Bed THINGS TO DO: Minutes to Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort. Devil’s Thumb and Snow Mountain Ranch cross-country ski resorts are nearby. Sol-Vista (Formally Silver Creek) Family Ski and Golf Resort is only a few miles away. Snowmobiling on the Continental Divide.

Fine dining is nearby. The townhouse is located on the free shuttle bus route that runs around the towns of Fraser, Winter Park, and the Winter Park Ski Resort. We are located ½ mile from the Fraser Safeway Shopping Center. The Winter Park free shuttle bus stops 30 yards away. We have everything you need for that perfect mountain vacation.
