Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #240 will accommodate a maximum 4 occupants. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with visco memory foam topper, a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and (bunks in a hall alcove.) The bunks are great when you have kids, you do not have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door, and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch TV, or sit on the balcony without disturbing them.

Breakers #240 is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including; central air/heat, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator with icemaker, new microwave/convection oven, stove top, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, New Sony LCD widescreen TVs..40' in the livingrooms and 32' in the bedrooms, DVD players in the livingroom and bedroom . The living room is comfortably furnished with a loveseat and sofa for additional seating and comfort. Also provided are beach chairs, coffee pot filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen and bath and starter roll of paper towels and toilet tissue. Everything you need is provided, sheets/bed linens etc. The only things you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths.
