Please call for more information.** This cozy private townhouse offers magnificent mountain views with the all of the comforts of home. Waterville estates has a multi-million dollar recreation center with 2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, lounge, arcade, sauna, locker rooms, fitness room, outside tennis and basketball courts, lighted skating and sandy beach pond for swimming/fishing and paddleboats. 4 passes are included to the recreation center. Owner has a locked outdoor closet to conveniently hold skis, fishing gear etc. A canoe is available if you would like to ride the Pemi River! 20-30 minute drive to Waterville, Loon, Tenney and Cannon Mountain. 2 hours from Boston, 5 minutes from 93.

There are three levels, each with vast mountain views. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed and your own fireplace. There is a full bath, a loft that overlooks the kitchen, double bed, and a sitting area for your reading pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV/VCR/DVD with movies that you may watch at your convenience and a mudroom, are located on the main floor with a corner shaped fireplace. Lower level has a 2nd bedroom, which has bunk beds, full size futon, TV/VCR, perfect for the family. Also on the lower level is a 3rd bedroom with a full size spring air futon, TV and a laundry room with second bath.
