Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

This large luxury three bedroom condo is newly furnished and will sleep 6 comfortably with all the amenities. Two bedrooms offer queen beds and the third bedroom includes a Daybed that converts to a queen bed. The condo is centrally located in a gated community in the highly desired area of North Scottsdale. Inside you will find a fully appointed kitchen, large flat screen TV, Blueray & DVD player, full High Speed Wi-Fi, and a full size washer/dryer.

The Clubhouse offers full workout room with top of the line equipment and a beautiful view overlooking the main pool. A computer centre, lounge area with fireplace and grand piano as well as a coffee bar are an added bonus.

Sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful Arizona weather or relax by the pool and hot tub which is only steps away from the front door. The gated community is quiet, secure, and well maintained.

Minutes away are some of Scottsdale's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including the popular Kierland Commons. Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall are right down the road as well. Looking for a rental during the Phoenix Open at TPC of Scottsdale? You'll be less than 2 miles from all of the action! The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Montage Scottsdale

My Dad and I bought this place for our personal use. Ron, my Dad, is of retirement age and plans on spending some time in Arizona to avoid the cold Canadian winter. I personally am a huge hockey fan and try to catch as many Phoenix Coyote games as I can. NFL is also a passion and the Cardinals are a must see. Golf is also my game and this place is basically golf heaven. Play the TPC!

What makes this condo unique

Location is the key to this condo. Shopping and golf courses are nearby. A few minutes from the 101 gives you access to everything else.

My husband & I had a wonderful three month stay in this lovely condo at the Montage. It was newly decorated and very comfortable and well appointed. When we needed to contact Brad with a question he was quick to respond and always very freindly! The exercise/workout facility and the 2 lovely pools were an added bonus! Did I mention how close to everything (shopping, restaurants, sites, baseball) we
were? A 5 minute car ride and were there!! We loved spending our first Winter out of the
cold and can't wait to return to The Valley of the Sun!

This was my first year of spending an entire month in the Phoenix area and I was apprehensive. The condo was well appointed, well laid out, and well located in the area. I had a brief visit from sister and hubby and they loved it too. Brad was on the job when I had any question, concern, or suggestion. Over the top, in my book. He did an excellent job of furnishing the place--I didn't spend any time saying "I wish he'd done this... or that." Highly recommend.

Condo is clean, spacious and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the 101 Loop.
Stayed a month and enjoyed the pool, fitness center and computer center.
Condo was well equipped and site photos are a good indication of the facility.
Was the perfect size for us, 2 people and 2 guests for 10 days.
The gated community is secure and everyone was very friendly.
Would stay here again.

we rented the condo for month and we were very happy to be there. It was very clean,all the furniture were nice and new, very good beds, we had enough room for 4 adolts and 1 child.The owner gave us the feeling that we were welcome and were very very nice! the pool and hot tube,excellent!! thanks again that we could stay in your nice condo.
