DIRECT OCEANFRONT 'OCEAN CONDO' ON SOUTHEAST CORNER OFFERS PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE BEACH & OCEAN!

Enjoy peaceful sunrises on this car-free beach just steps to Canaveral National Seashore and the Indian River Lagoon. Walk the beach to nearby Canaveral National Seashore and it's 21-mile off undeveloped Florida coastline. Across the street from 'The Ocean Condo' is the Indian River Lagoon with some of the best backwater fishing in the country and a perfect place to explore from kayaks that are rented across the street at the popular JB's Fishcamp and Restaurant. If you don't want to leave your unit, simply put a lawn chair out on the front balcony that overlooks the lagoon for glorious sunsets. The master bedroom opens to the wrap-around balcony, and features a luxurious bath with separate tub and shower. King bed in master and second bedroom, with twins in the 3rd bedroom. Tastefully furnished, this immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on the 4th floor has been completely refurbished inside and out, within the last few years. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom, as well as a 47' flat screen TV in living room. Inside laundry room with washer/dryer. Pavered oceanfront pool and spa with private steps to the beach. Gated entry to lobby, elevators secured underground parking. Tennis, shuffleboard, underground secured parking, protective rock revetment.

May & After Labor Day - $1,200/week --- June, July, August - $1,800/week --- Inquire on monthly rates. Not Available Jan/Feb/Mar/April

Payment Methods: Personal Check, Travelers Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

Deposits: A pre-payment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50%, along with $500 security deposit, is due 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation & Return Policy: Deposits refunded if notified at least 60 days before your arrival date, less $100 cancellation fee. Anything less than 60 days before your arrival date, is a $250 cancellation fee, with a minimum of 30 days notice. If under 30 days, deposit is forfeited unless we can re-book the time slot.

Fees & Taxes: A one-time departure cleaning fee of $125. Taxes are 12.5% on total amount.

Check-In and Departure: Check-ins are 3:00 p.m. and departure is by 11:00 a.m.

Located across the street from Indian River Lagoon, walk to manatee watching area, as well as to popular JB's Fish Camp and Restaurant, where you can watch the sunset from the waterfront deck, rent kayaks to explore the lagoon and backwaters of the Indian River. Recreation area across street has fishing dock on the river, and basketball court, as well as kiddie playground. Canaveral National Seashore is just south, providing miles of undeveloped beachfront, including pre-historic Turtle Mound.

Awesome property! This condo was just perfect, and even better than the pictures. The condo was larger than I thought it would be, had a perfect view of the lagoon and the ocean, and was ideally situated on the 4th floor. The unit was furnished very nicely, with really nice bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. And unlike other condos we've rented, this one had all the appliances, utensils, and dishes/pots & pans in the kitchen that we needed. Great place!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

This was the best condo we have ever rented in NSB(and we are there 3-4 times a year). Great view, both ocean and river.
