Located in a very safe and quiet upscale neighborhood this IN-HOUSE studio boasts all marble floors and a private bathroom, 1 bedroom, living room/office, and a plush new queen sized bed with your own wall mounted HDTV and DVD player. WIFI internet is available. Share a kitchen with the host family who assure your privacy and comfort in your use of it. Your own refrigerator for your personal use is provided in the kitchen, and another small refrigerator is in your suite. The main living room of the house has a large HDTV. Enjoy quiet moments in the beautiful back yard with hammock, swings, and a nice porch. Laundry facility included. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house. Walk to a nearby small shopping center that features Starbucks, a natural foods supermarket, restaurants, ATM machine, dry cleaning, and Beauty Clinique Spa.

Note: We are renting just the suite in the house, but NOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE. Please read carefully about the specifications at the top of the page. Our guests can enjoy all the areas in the house and the back yard and porch.

No smoking, drinking, or drugs are permited. No pets either.
