Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This spacious townhome (almost 1900 square feet under air) with two levels provides plenty of privacy.

The pool is across the street and can be seen from the upper bedrooms.

There is an attached garage with an automatic opener.

This was built just six years ago so everything is new and the kitchen and baths are equipped with all the luxury appliances and fixtures. This was one of the models.

The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of equipment, small appliances, cooking supplies, dishes, etc.

The screened lanai is perfect for relaxing and dining outside.

About The Owner

My name is Cookie the Clown. I go to hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, etc. to bring a little cheer. I live on a little island at Shell Point Retirement Community and escape to Sail Harbour almost every day. I own several town homes there and it is only 6 miles away. I am a native Floridian, born in north Florida, moved to Fort Myers from Miami. My father was in the Army so I have lived quite a few places around the world. Fort Myers is a friendly town and I find very much to keep me busy. If you want to know anything about the area please email me or call.

Why The Owner chose Fort Myers Beach

I live in Shell Point in Fort Myers. I decided to invest in these town homes for my children and grandchildren. Since I am a retired decorator (J.C.Penney and Burdines) I enjoy decorating them. They are all different. I own five and four of them I rent to great people for their vacations.

What makes this villa unique

I like the security and the fact that even tho I am very close to my neighbors, I feel that I have lots of privacy the way the homes are built. The management company does a great job of maintaining the property.

And I like having all ages living around me--from the very young to retired folks.

This town home is located across the street from the pool which can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms. It is almost like having your own private pool at times.

Great condo, great location !!!

This condo was in a great location....centrally located to anything you could want to travel to in the Ft. Myers area. The condo was directly across from the pool, which was a plus for us!! We have recommended all of Patricia's properties to our friends & relatives. She's great to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much we're going back in 2013!!!

Very nice furnished townhouse - very nice owner

My family and I stayed at the townhouse for a six month period. It is very spacious and the furnishings are excellent! I can defiantly say that it has a warm feel and makes you feel very welcome, unlike most furnished apartments. It is conveniently located across from the pool area and lake. During our stay it was very quiet and the people were very friendly. The owner was very responsive, enjoyable and very fair.

I would highly recommend the unit due to the well furnishings, location and experience with the owner.

This town house was large and spacious with a large main suite and bathroom. We had family stay with us for a couple of weeks and had plenty room for them. The unit was neat and clean when we arrived. It is located in an area that is convenient to the pool being just across the street. The price was definitely right for the size and location. Close to many shops and banks and not too far from the beaches. Patricia was very helpful with minor problem solving and took care of our needs very quickly. The community was very friendly with lots of dog walker people to keep company with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: I enjoyed having you .You were neat and tidy. I am going to eat all that fish you left in the fridge.
Your son was quite a fisherman. Come back to Florida again.
