Additional information about rental rates

  • $525-725/week. Refer to rate chart for prices with 3-6 guests.
  • 1. Rent includes clean up before & after rental; mid-week maid service (fresh linens and towels, linens changed weekly only for rentals of 2 weeks and more); toiletries on arrival, local phone calls and the use of utilities.
    2. Rates are for up to 2 guests. Refer to rent table for price with 3-6 guests occupancy.
    Children up to 2 yrs old (not requiring a bed) stay free.
    3. Daily maid service is available at an extra charge of $15-20.00 per day, pending service you require and number of guests.
    4. For occupancy with 4 people, add $50.00/week housekeeping fee. With 5+ guests add $75 housekeeping fee.
    5. Check In - Check Out Times: flexible, by agreement with the owner.

    BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
    -10% of total rent price will be charged if cancelled, once the condo has been booked, dates confirmed and the 25% booking retainer paid
    - 75% refund if cancelled within 12+ weeks prior to arrival date
    - 50% refund if cancelled 83-70 days prior to arrival date
    - There is no refund if cancellation is made less that 69 days prior to arrival or once checked in. We'll make every effort to rent the condo and if rented, we'll give you credit in amount of your payment -10% for your next rental with us.
    -No refunds are given in case of hurricane, or an evacuation
    *Security deposit refundable if condo is left in undamaged & in good order, keys returned and authorized occupancy was not exceeded

Hey Blazena!
What a wonderful condo! We had everything we needed just like it said on the web. It was so nice in the complex. Everyone we met was so friendly and we made some good friends in the complex ! !

We could not have asked for anything better. You even had a cooler there to take to the beach! We were also happy not to be on the beach in a hotel with so many people. It was a lot more personal in the apartment complex.

Thank you so much for all the information you provided. We loved our trip to the market downtown Cancun to Wal-Mart. It was so much fun with the little cart on the bus.

Once again thank you, Blazena! We will be talking to you again. We are already planning our trip back!

Renting an apartment is a great, economical alternative to staying in a hotel. Besides the comfort and space, our guests save a lot of money on eating out, if buying own groceries and preparing their meals, with the convenience on being on your own schedule. No rush to make it for breakfast (if you want to sleep in), lunch or dinner before the hotel restaurant close.

We can't begin to thank you enough for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! It was just perfect and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The weather was picture perfect, the condo was very clean when we got there and had fresh linens and towels. We treated your home as if it was ours. Thank you so much - we had a wonderful time, loved the condo, the location, the beach and everything about it.
This is the third time we've rented homes from owners, (the last one yours), and we've always been so fortunate to have had great places to stay. It's reassuring to know there are trustworthy people in this world! Hotels are cold places, the rooms make me feel claustrophobic if I'm there more than a day or two and I do not like to eat every meal out.
Again, Blazena, please know how much we appreciate the opportunity to stay in your wonderful piece of paradise!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment and your flexibility to extent our stay for another day. Thanks for a wonderful time. My girls really liked staying at Condominios Brisas as it was convienent and the water was great for boogie boarding as well as body surfing. The last day my three years old proved what 6 days in a pool/beach area can do for a child and actually started to swim under water. It was fabulous to see her so proud of herself.
Your tips came very handy - the food at at La Palapa was TOPS. My girls say it was the best they ever had and I have to agree, I couldn't stop eating... :)
We went snorkeling at a place called Yul Ku', along the coast south of Cancun and it was wonderful. Not too many people there, 60 pesos per adult and children under 6 were free. Strongly recommend. Traveling home we stopped at a beach called Xpuha and found this great place called Cafe del Mar. It was great and you'd never guess from the look of it. It's directly located next to the Cococabana Hotel and Resort. It was the best beach we found for a lazy afternoon with calm waters and some coral right there to snorkel if you wanted. They offer Yoga every morning there. It was about 70 KM from your condo. A definite drive but well worth it.
Thanks again for everything, it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! and I'll let you know if we can come back again!

Dear Blazena,
Just a note to say thanks for the use of your condo. The April 2004 weather was perfect. Warm + breezy. It was not very busy so we had "your" beach and the pool area almost to ourselves. We liked that. The condo was great for our family of 5. We thought Condominios Brisas was really well suited for a family vacation. We found the people in the on site store very friendly + helpful even with the language barrier. The Cancun tips you gave us were very useful for finding restaurants + commuting. We really enjoyed the Mexican culture + food. We sure hope we can come back one day.
