Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Cancun, Yucatan / Mayan Riviera

Additional information about rental rates

  • $525-725/week/2P. Refer to rate chart for prices with 3-6 guests or for rentals less than a week
  • 1. Rent includes clean up before & after rental; mid-week maid service (condo clean up and fresh bath towels; linens changed weekly only for rentals of 2+ weeks); toiletries & beach towels on arrival, local phone calls and the use of utilities.
    2. Rates are for up to 2 guests. Refer to rent table for price with 3-6 guests occupancy. Children up to 3 yrs old (not requiring own bed) stay free.
    3. Rates based on weekly rentals (7 nights). Rentals of 3-6 nights rentals at higher rates (in the range of $100-150/nt, pending season and occupancy).
    4. Additional daily maid service available at $15-20.00 per day, pending service you require and nr. of guests.
    5. Check In - Check Out: flexible, by agreement with the owner.
    6. Security deposit of $300 (1wk/up to 4P rentals); $500 (on 2+wks rental or on rentals with 5P+ or with kids up to 5 yrs old).

    Credit Cards & e-checks accepted via PayPal; personal (US) or cashiers checks accepted (international to be issued in US currency)
  • DISCOUNTS:
    Multi-Weeks Discounts: call or e-mail us for details
    10% Early Booking Discount on Rentals paid 6 months or more in advance (x-cept holidays)
    15% Last Minute Travel: book, pay & rent within a week of check-in date. Valid May-November only
    BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
    -10% of total rent price will be charged if cancelled, once the condo has been booked, dates confirmed and the 25% booking retainer paid
    - 75% refund if cancelled within 12+ weeks prior to arrival date
    - 50% refund if cancelled 83-70 days prior to arrival date
    - There is no refund if cancellation is made less that 69 days prior to arrival or once checked in. We'll make every effort to rent the condo and if rented, we'll give you credit in amount of your payment -10% for your next rental with us.
    -No refunds are given in case of hurricane, or an evacuation
    *Security deposit refundable if condo is left in undamaged & in good order, keys returned and authorized occupancy was not exceeded

  • The generously sized bathroom with a shower and WC is located between the two rooms, of the small hall, thus offering privacy in the sleeping areas. Additionally, the hand sink is practically located outside the bathroom, in the hall, separating the master bedroom from the living room.

Great for children or younger singles. - The 16-foot glasses-in terrace features a futon sofa and a family sized hammock. The master bedroom and terrace are about 10-12 feet above the ground and feature a semi-private garden, great for watching magnificent sunsets over the lagoon. - Both rooms are separated by a small hall (with a hand sink); and the bath and shower is practically located between the 2 rooms. The master bedroom has a door and the living room has an attractive curtain, thus offering privacy to guests. - The apartment entry door is on the ground floor and this location makes for comfortable access - you are in and out in no time, no stairs to climb or elevator to get stuck in. You'll also appreciate it when unloading your beach gear, groceries, or luggage.

What a wonderful condo! Great beach & location :)

Hey Blazena!
What a wonderful condo! We had everything we needed just like it said on the web. It was so nice in the complex. Everyone we met was so friendly and we made some good friends in the complex ! !

We could not have asked for anything better. You even had a cooler there to take to the beach! We were also happy not to be on the beach in a hotel with so many people. It was a lot more personal in the apartment complex.

Thank you so much for all the information you provided. We loved our trip to the market downtown Cancun to Wal-Mart. It was so much fun with the little cart on the bus.

Once again thank you, Blazena! We will be talking to you again. We are already planning our trip back!

Renting an apartment is a great, economical alternative to staying in a hotel. Besides the comfort and space, our guests save a lot of money on eating out, if buying own groceries and preparing their meals, with the convenience on being on your own schedule. No rush to make it for breakfast (if you want to sleep in), lunch or dinner before the hotel restaurant close.

Looking forward to have you come back soon as well as welcoming new guests.

Your Condo was the perfect launch spot

Your Condo was the perfect launch spot for our daily trips to the market and Play del Carmen.
The beach at your complex was a wonderful place to have a glass of wine and watch the night ocean and the full moon!
Thank you for your generosity and wise advise. Snorkeling at Club Med was wonderful and mostly deserted.
Thank you again for the use of the home away from home :)
