3BR/2BA Home on Florida's Space Coast

The accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, hand basin in vanity, and WC. There are two further bedrooms with full size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed in the Florida room, so that the house can accommodate 8 people. There also is another full bath with tub/shower, hand basin and a WC.

The fully fitted kitchen has a cooking range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, and other small appliances. Cookware, tableware, silverware, and glassware are provided as are linens and towels. A utility area adjacent to kitchen has a washer and dryer. The enclosed two-car garage has automatic door openers for privacy and security. A gracious dining room seats 10.

A spacious and bright Florida room overlooks the pool and the garden and is equipped with a cable TV and a VCR. A screened private swimming pool and patio are equipped with picnic table, sofa, and two pool lounge chairs with umbrella.

A wrap-around balcony (three sides of the house) provides views of the ocean and great sun bathing.

House is located on the barrier island on East Central Florida Coast. The 'Space Coast' name for this Florida region reflects the proximity of the space program at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Satellite Beach has been the location where homes of the people working at Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center were originally located.

The beautiful Atlantic beach with sand dunes is one of the prime nesting sites for green and loggerhead turtles.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Satellite Beach, Florida

  • Peak season months (November through April) $2500/month (negotiable for longer stays)
    Non-peak season months (May through October) $2000/month

My husband, and our 4 children rented this home for 2.5 months. We loved the location. The beaches (especially Paradise Beach) were amazing! There are numerous amazing eateries along Highway A1A. A favorite of ours was Latorra's. Highly recommend. The home has a large living/dining area and very inviting large family dining table which was great for the size of our family.

We spent a lot of time outside on the lanai and swimming in the pool. The kids and both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The home is older but has everything that you need.

Loved our stay and Thank-you Katarina for sharing your beautiful spacious vacation home with us. We miss our second home so much! Everything was included. Even big beach towels that my sons strutted around in everywhere! Weather a little cold for pool but jumped in anyway. Access to upper balcony was cool and beautiful screened in porch brought the outside in. No bugs to worry about! Beach access right across street. Swam in ocean and watched sun rise every day and looked for shells. Biked to see manatees and other sites wonderful neighbors told us about. Fished from shore and ate fish almost every day. Sheephead and Pompano so good! Wish I was still there!
