Sueno Real Simply Perfect

We stayed at Casa Milan, Sueno Real, from Feb 16 to March 16, 2013 and found everything about it to be perfect. Paulette, the owner, provided us with everything you needed to know about the condo and the cities of Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. Unlike many online photos that don't live up to expectations, what you get is far better than what you see.
The grounds, plants and pool are impeccably kept. There is an onsite supervisor, Monday to Saturday, who speaks excellent english, and a 24/7 security person to answer questions and assist you in any way. There are two pools, one reserved for Vila Maya a three bedroom complex, the other much larger pool is for the rest of the complex.
The condo sits high up on a ridge and has a birds eye view of the town of Santa Cruz. The upper deck although hot during the day always has an evening breeze perfect for BBQ'ing, dining and drinks overlooking the harbour. You'll find everything here that you'd find in your own home. Condo is cleaned from top to bottom, linens changed and towels washed once a week. Furnishings are excellent quality, tastefully and colorfully done, king size master and queen size guest beds that are very comfortable. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom and always a breeze during the day keeping the unit at a comfortable temperature.
In summary Casa Milan exceeded our every expectation and is truly the perfect vacation home.
