JUST COMPLETELY RENOVATED - TOP TO BOTTOM - BEAUTIFUL! GULF FRONT!

Was able to Visit here when our Friends rented this Unit, upon first look, its newly decorated. But upon further relaxation and after the excitement wears off. This units true DIRT begins to show.
Cleaning company is Less than Through, mold, dust everywhere, food stuff in kitchen, Bathroom shower door moldy, tub stained?? IDK what! Furniture even had sand from the beach still inside and at seams.
Talked to our contact, P~ was wonderfully accommodating, but unable to really help besides a good word, and apologetic tone. Absolutely NOT his fault I am sure. Never the Less, although my friends were marginally satisfied, enough so that they were not wanting to make waves. I am making this review because my friends were not going to say anything, and I just thought you should know!
Personally, I wouldn't recommend staying here even with assurance its all been corrected.
But You make your own choice.

Five women 50 plus just got back from 2 beautiful weeks in this condo! We feel we were not mislead by anything and were very impressed with how clean everything was, If anything more information on the areas could have been left in the condo along with trolley information.. Overall we were very happy and the fact that the weather cooperated was even better!!!! Thanks from Nova Scotia , Canada

From day one we had one challenge after another. The elevator was scary. Our keys were constantly getting stuck in our door. The dishwasher was broken & the top shelf was never clean. Cabinet doors hanging from one hinge, the AC was not cooling and condensation was always dripping from the vents overhead and we were always slipping on the tile floor. Called on Day 2 for maint. to come & fix things and they never returned our calls, didn't get any responses until WED. Turned out, our unit was leaking all the way down through condos on floors 1 and 2. We took pics. The maint. guy came in and there was 2 inches of standing water under our A/C that had to be vac. out. they pulled the filter out & it was covered over so thick and had begun to mold!! He said "we didn't even know this had a filter, I bet this hasn't been changed in years". We all woke up w/ headaches and colds from day 2. I know it was the mold. The master bed frame may be new, but the mattress is not and it caves in on the left side. The couch may be new, but the mattress is not. If it is, then it's not a good quality. We slept on it every night and we had springs in our backs every night. The dining room table was broken and loose so the top kept leaning down. We had to tighten it several times. The small 1/2 bath was filthy. I spent my first full day of vacay cleaning our whole condo. Took me 8 hrs. They say they provide Linens, but we had so few pieces, we went to Walmart and bought our own. the icemaker took 2 days to make a drop of ice from the icemaker. We had HOT days so of course, ice is a nice ammendity to have. We had to just break down and buy ice several times this vacation. So aggravating. The dryer would not heat, from day 1-3 we had to hang everything on the balcony. The air was so humid even what we hung out didn’t get fully dry. The maint guy said the dryer exhaust or vent that goes out of the condo was so clogged up he doubted it had not been cleaned in a "long time". When I told the girl at Plumlee she said “he shouldn’t have said that to you. He should know that is not true.” They say they have 3 VCR’s and we had ONE. We didn’t have ONE DVD player in the whole place! You have to pay extra (which is ridiculous) for WiFi but it is not Wifi. They offer a modem, but it’s not wifi. They have an “ethernet cord” in your packet, but there is NO PLACE in the condo to plug in the ethernet so it was useless!!! My husband is a computer man by trade and it’s his business. He said it was
