Casa Teresa is a 4 bedroom hacienda ideally situated on a beautiful sandy beach in sunny, tropical Troncones, Mexico, just 20 minutes north of Ixtapa - a short 3 hour flight from Los Angeles. From the moment you step through the antique Spanish colonial doorway and into the tranquil courtyard you are in another world. Wake up to a stunning ocean view in one of three king bed suites, or hide in seclusion in the courtyard suite, which is furnished with two queen beds. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and private spa bathrooms. The open-walled living room connects you to the resort-like pool area, complete with covered palapa and wet bar. Then step through the gate to one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in the world.
World famous architect Enrique Zozoya designed and overlooked the construction of this exquisite property, and you can see his talented eye in every detail. From the soaring ceilings to the beautifully crafted built in furniture and the smallest details of hand placed stones, this is Mexican craftsmanship at its finest.
There is plenty to do at Casa Teresa – world class surf is at your doorstep, as is a sand-bottom beach perfect for boogey boarding or body surfing. Ride horses along the sand or hone your yoga skills at Present Moment Yoga Studio just a stroll down the beach. Sport-fishing boats can be arranged as can a masseuse, or just relax in the pool, or sit in one of the hammocks catching up on a good book.
The hacienda is fully staffed with daily maid service. Magdalena will prepare your meals, and you will leave wondering what sort of magic she puts in her dishes to make them so delicious.
Other features include an open walled dining room that seats 12 and overlooks the ocean; the sala/tv room contains a satellite TV/DVD player. There is also a telephone and wireless internet.
If you are looking for a vacation that combines privacy and luxury on a pristine beach with plenty to do and see, you will find what you are looking for at Casa Teresa.
