This 1,000 sq ft condo is a 5 Star property at the Dana Point Headlands with PATIO AND LIVING ROOM FACING THE OCEAN with fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets! The Building was TOTALLY RENOVATED in 2010/2011. You can relax on the patio with a drink and WATCH THE WAVES and if you are lucky, you can see the DOLPHINS playing in the surf. In the evening, you can watch the SUNSET over the ocean.
The building is owned by our family and we now have all four units on short term rental. Please contact us for more information on the other units which are not reflected on this site. The pictures here represent unit #2 or 'The Travertine' which was renovated in 2010 and has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen. There is also a double bed in the living room with lots of pillows which makes an ideal place to watch sunsets and waves (with a fireplace nearby).
There is a large PATIO with a magnificient ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining room. The condo had two full baths and a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. It is located on the GROUND FLOOR and is also accessible from the garage. This makes it especially easy to come into the unit if you are carrying suitcases or shopping bags. There are NO STAIRS. The unit is handicap accessible and is completely furnished with everything you need.
There is a table and 6 chairs on the large patio overlooking the ocean which is a great place to barbecue and have dinner on a summer night. and If you are lucky, you may see the dolphins!
The unit overlooks Strands Beach - just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgetable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation...You may think you are in the Ritz Carlton. ...just bring your toothbrush!
We also have THREE other UNITS, each with a different decor, AVAILABLE in the SAME BUILDING. The unit NEXT DOOR, #1 (THE MANDELA), 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is ALMOST IDENTICAL with the same view.
