One Bedroom Condominium at the Sunbird The Sunbird is located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with queen size bed, and sleeper couch in living room. The condo has two TVs and a VCR. The condo is on the second floor with a view of the beach and one of the pools. Sunbird offers three well-maintained swimming pools. The Association specifies no singles under 25 years old and No Pets. This is a non-smoking condo but has a nice balcony, which has a Gulf view. The Gulf can also be viewed from the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with auto ice, dishwasher, stove, microwave, as well as all pots, pans, and dishes.
