Area: We are IN Santa Barbara, NOT the suburbs that look like any other, or adjacent towns. We are in a nice residential enclave, not on a commercial thorough fare or next to the rail road tracks or highway (APS or 101). You can park you car and walk where you need to go while smelling the Ocean at every step. We even offer RARE off street reserved parking. We also do NOT have a ladder up to the attic/loft as a bedroom. These are key attributes that you must compare us to and essential to a peaceful stay. This is the best way to truly enjoy Santa Barbara.
