Photos and Description of the Nipomo vacation estate rental
Estate, 4 Bedrooms + Loft + Office, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 8-12)

The estate is located on 5 acres right across the street from Woodlands golf course. There are also two other golf courses (Cypress Ridge & Black lake) in a 10 mile radius. Just 5 miles south from the estate you will enter Foxen Canyon Wine Trail towards Santa Barbara where you will find one of the best pinot noir and chardonnay as well as sauvignon blanc, negrette, sylvaner, sangiovese, cabernet franc, etc. Just 15 min. west of the estate you will find yourself on Pismo Beach/ Shell Beach / Avila Beach area where you will be able to enjoy everything from surfing to four-wheel, all-terrain vehicle, and dune buggy driving.

Accommodation and Amenities:

There is a 4 stall barn on premises and lots of riding trails through the hills and on the beach.

The house has 2 master suites (one on the bottom floor and one on the second floor) Second floor has it's own living room and 1000 ft2 outdoor patio. Each bathroom has Jacuzzy tubs for two with jets, air bubbles and in-line heater to prevent water from cooling off. Bottom floor has 2 additional bedrooms, oversized kitchen, 2 outdoor cooking facilities with fire pits.

About The Owner

Hello, My name is Mickey. I was borne and raised in Europe and I traveled half way across the world...still working on the other half! :) One of my favorite things is to get together with my friends and family, serve a great meal and entertain.

The Owner purchased this estate in 2007
Why The Owner chose Nipomo

About three years ago my husband and I decided to buy 5 acres and build out 5000 ft2 vacation home. The estate is located on 5 acres right across the street from Woodlands golf course. There are also two other golf courses (Cypress Ridge & Black lake) in a 10 mile radius. The house is designed to handle large group of people who love to entertain, ride horses and enjoy outdoors. This property is very secluded and private!

What makes this estate unique

One of my favorite things is to wake up late, have somebody to make me waffles with fresh strawberries and lots of whipped cream. You will find some of the best produce in this area. There are farmers markets and fruit stands all over the place. Than I saddle up my horse and go for a nice trail or beach ride. After that I might choose to do some wine tasting or hiking or swimming at the beach. I lived in San Luis Obispo area for 7 years and I know all the right places to visit and best chefs to hire if you are throwing a party at the house!

Spacious, inside and out!

We stayed here for a family reunion, as a perfect midpoint for family coming from both SF and LA. The home was easy to get to and close to Pismo Beach (though we spent much more time at the house than at the beach!). The pictures don't do the house justice. I'm usually not one for modern design, but this home is beautifully decorated and remodeled. Great living room and an upstairs den for the kiddos. The outdoor grills and firepits (yes, plural for both) were so much fun. The sheer size of the entire home - including the driveway, backyard, kitchen, and bathrooms - was amazing. Perfect for our (outdoor) dog. They had even set up an airbed for our two extra guests. We loved our stay!

Great for a wedding

The backyard was beautifully landscaped. We had 100 people on the lawn out back for a wedding.
Very private setting. Kitchen much larger than the pictures. Two ovens and a large refrigerator and freezer. Master bedroom perfect for the bride to get ready. Master bathroom very large, 3 bridesmaids were able to sit down in front of a mirror and do their hair, etc. Four bedrooms with queen beds plus an
extra room with a bed, no door though; great for kids.

Amazing Vacation

What a wonderful weekend we had and what a marvelous place for family reunion. The house met all our expectations and more. We had our morning coffee on the deck while watching sunrise. We sipped a glass or two of wine each evening in front of the warm glow of the fireplace.

There are many local activities such as wine tasting, horseback riding, and ATV-ing for younger people. I hope to return again. Thanks Mickey for the warm hospitality and what a gorgeous vacation estate to complete my perfect weekend!

Fabulous getaway retreat!

Having recently spent a getaway birthday weekend here on this property in the Central Coast, I'd like to say what a beautiful and perfect vacation 'home' this is for any occasion!

All the listing descriptions are 100% accurate and the fabulous pictures just highlight a few areas of this amazing property. The master bedroom on the second floor is spacious and luxurious! Downstairs master bedroom has plenty of space for multiple people to sleep comfortably and the jacuzzi in each master bedroom are perfectly relaxing after a day of ATV-ing fun at the near-by Oceano Beach. This property is extremely well-maintained and my party appreciated all the amenities that the owner has provided. There is an awesome entertainment system in the living room and internet access in the 'office' room - excellent and very convenient!

Mickey the property owner was so friendly right off the bat and timely answered all of my questions regarding the house. She made sure my visit was pleasant and provided with me with helpful pamphlets highlighting local activities/attractions. I had a wonderful time coordinating the weekend rental with her, all hassle-free!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in exploring the Central Coast either for the first time (as in my case) or returning for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are many local activities such as wine tasting, horseback riding, and ATV-ing. I hope to return again. Thanks Mickey for the warm hospitality and what a gorgeous vacation estate to complete my perfect weekend!
