My family and I have been enjoying Beech for over 30 years, and finally chose South Crest on Beech to buy this home after years of comparing amenities, temperatures, and view. We love it there and use it as the get away we always wanted and needed as a respite from our busy lives. We refer it as recharging our batteries.

Tom and I looked for years for the best location for a mountain house. We knew it had to be Beech Mt and then it was where we wanted to be able to walk safely, so Elderberry Ridge Rd was the only near level road. We gutted and remodeled the condo we found and traveled to places in the west and south west US to find great design elements, Navajo rugs, wall handings etc. I painted most of the paintings in the house.
We live in Raleigh NC. I own McNamara Properties Real estate and Tom practices law. We have grown children and grandchildren and a cat named Boo.
