The first floor features a sunny and spacious kitchen, bar, living and dining area, two bedrooms, a large “den/office” and two bathrooms. Of the two downstairs bedrooms, one features a “kid friendly” décor and a trundle bed. The second bedroom contains a large walk-in closet and pillow-topped queen bed. In the “den/office”, which opens up to the backyard, there is a comfortable queen-sized sofa-sleeper, a big screen TV with DVD and VCR. If it’s privacy you want, ascend the stairs to the master bedroom where you will find a Cal King bed, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, a sitting area that opens onto a private deck and in the bathroom you can relax in an awesome Jacuzzi tub. The backyard is private and completely fenced making it kid and pet friendly. There is some new landscaping, a patio table and propane barbecue for your use. A laundry room with new washer and dryer is located in the backyard and is easily accessible. The house has brand new carpeting and paint, brand new bed linens, pillows and towels and is spotlessly clean and has a cool decor. Casa Maria provides amenities such as shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, beach towels all the basics you need to enjoy a getaway vacation to the beach!
