Family Gathering
We've been renting condos in Kissimmee and the area since 1989, and we find this condo to be superior to any in the past. Most condos have fallen into disrepair and are out-dated. The owners of this condo have provided a very comfortable condo, and have chosen to use update this condo with the best furniture and products. The owners are very personable, friendly, and efficient. They genuinely want you to have a good experience. We did. Our family celebrated Mother's Day, three birthdays, and a proposal of marriage. The owners extended cards and gifts to our festivities. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, close enough to the parks to reach quickly, yet far enough away to relax and recharge for the next day. The beds are comfortable. The condo furniture on the patio was especially nice. The pools, hot tubs, play ground, and sport courts were well-maintained. And, the ability to grill at home was nice. A truly wonderful experience for everyone. All ages can be accommodated at this rental property, but the renter should know that the condo is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. You can trust the listing information - the owners have described accurately the property, the photos represent the property well, very clean and fresh, the owners very professional, friendly and efficient, and we will most certainly rent this pet-friendly condo again. The condo has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, but restaurants abound in the area. Jean - North Carolina

Owner's Response: We are thrilled that once again our guests have been able to leave such a wonderful review. We are very aware that for many of guests a trip to Florida is a very special holiday (and for some a trip of a lifetime) and therefore want to ensure that all our guests receive the best accommodation and service we can possibly provide. Just to clarify, there has been no deliberate intention to deceive with regard to the location of our condo - for our UK guests, our condo IS on the first floor but for our US guests it is apparently on the second floor (us Brits call the bottom level the ground floor - once again we are divided by a common language!). We are upstairs as can be seen from the photos so the lack of elevator may be an issue if a member of your party has mobility problems.
