We are located within the Emerald Shores subdivision, a family oriented, tropical beach ownership community of upscale homes, situated 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the two large heated community pools, the close proximity to the beach, access to the beach pavilion, onsite tennis, and the security of gated entrances. Soft sandy shores and beautiful Emerald waters are just steps away. The private beach access and pavilion is for owners and guests only, accommodated by private bathrooms, outdoor showers, and beach service (chairs and umbrella). We are close to restaurants, water sports, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in the south) and the newly opened Destin Commons.

We are located in Destin, 1.6 miles east of the Mid-Bay Bridge and Destin Commons Mall, on Scenic Gulf Drive (Old Scenic Hwy 98 for the old-timers) by Captain Dave's Restaurant, Wahoo's and Pompano Joe's. We're across from Emerald Bay Golf Course, but on the beach side Some of the best restaurants, nightclubs and beach bars in the State of Florida. Several Gulf Front Seafood Restaurants are within walking distance of our home. This is a lovely family oriented beach community of 96 homes situated on a series of quiet cul-de-sacs surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Adhering to a Caribbean architectural style, the subdivision is professionally maintained by an on-site maintenance crew. Our community owns a private beach pavilion, two pools & tennis. You will notice that our home was professionally decorated with loving care and we hope that it remains attractive for all of our guests, family, and friends. Description: From Bimini Breeze, you can walk to either Captain Dave's On The Gulf, Wahoo's Oyster Palace, or Pompano Joe's Seafood and sample some of the local seafood flavors or just to relax and sip on a cold one. 'Bimini Breeze' 3BR/3BA/Bonus Room Sleeps 12 - Destin Florida Home Rental This recently remodeled Caribbean/Nautically themed two story vacation home is located about 125 yards from the beach (2-3 minute walk) and only one house away from the neighborhood pool. The home has a spacious 2300 square feet of living area, and a large front yard.

Rooms: The home boasts two Master King Bedrooms, one Queen Bedroom and has a Bonus Room upstairs. This is a great set-up for three families with the bonus room upstairs providing a separate TV room and sleeping area for up to 5 kids (set-up as a 4th bedroom). TVs are located in every room including wall mounted TVs in the kitchen and downstairs Master bedroom. A total of 6 TV'S, 4 VCR's, 1 DVD/MP3/CD, which includes a 32' TV with surround sound in the downstairs living room. Ceiling fans are in every area (six total). We also have a high-speed internet connection including 802.11b & 802.11g wireless access. All of the amenities of being in your own home. Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and living areas and open up to soak in the tropical gulf breezes.

Pool is a frisbee toss away. Outdoor gas grill, patio chairs and table. Driveway will accommodate 3 vehicles. Two pull wagons are at the home.

Hi Jay and Betty,
We had a really great stay; perfect weather and beach. We even spotted a family of dolphin swimming by. The house and community were perfect and the pool very enjoyable. We had a group of 8 and utilized every TV in the house; most at the same time!! We cooked in the kitchen every morning, used the outdoor grill at night, and even made smoothies! We used the maps and menues you had collected, and the wagons and beach toys, too. It was truly a home away from home. Our grandson caught gecko's,and our granddaughters screamed! What a great time! Hope to stay with you again sometime!

Jay & Betty,
We just wanted to thank you for providing a high quality home at a reasonable price. Bimini Breeze was great. Everything that we needed was right there in the home. The kids loved playing football, soccer, frisbee and everything else you can imagine in the huge yard(biggest yard we saw in the neighborhood). The adults loved grilling and sitting out on the back patio. The balconies off of each bedroom were great! One minute walk to the heated pool! Four minute walk to the secure beach pavilion with restrooms! Loved livin' in paradise for a week and can not wait to book Bimini Breeze again. It was great to rent a home were you get there and it is actually better than the pictures you see on the internet. Thanks again!

We had another wonderful vacation with our family. This was our 3rd annual trip to Bimini Breeze. My sister and her family stayed in the neighborhood too. We had a great time and enjoyed having them to several meals at Bimini Breeze, because it has plenty of room and everything we needed, from the grill to the griddle. Thanks for putting so much effort into a great vacation home.

After years of renting homes in Destin, we've found our favorite home!! It's well taken care of, clean and a very cozy home. It's a great house with a wonderful "beachy" feel that is perfect for Destin! The owners pay attention to detail...we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation (especially the two wagons!!!). Thanks for providing such a wonderful home for our family to vacation in this summer and hopefully years to come!

We had a wonderful visit to your home. Everything was just as the pictures show on your website. The wagon came in handy to carry our beach items. We also caught the tram once or twice and the drivers were polite and helpful. Thanks again for such a nice vacation.
