This tastefully decorated 1450 sq ft home at #3 Quail Lane is near the Village Mall at the Y of Ponderosa and North Ponderosa Drive. The home has a spacious living area and separate dining area, and the master suite has a new king bed and headboard. There is gas fireplace in the living area, with a foosball table in the nearby game room. The wrap around deck provides an ideal setting to enjoy the large common area and open Ponderosa Pine forest on two sides of the home. There is high speed wireless Internet access, TV's with DVD and VCR throughout, stereo with CD player. Five cruiser bikes, unlimited pool/tennis court passes (summer) and gas BBQ are provided for guest use. It is just a short walk or three-minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities is a short bike ride away, as is Fort Rock Park with children's play area and tennis courts.

Kitchen & Dining Area:: The remodeled kitchen is open to the dining area with large oak table and comfortable seating for eight. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck.

Outside Amenities:: The 10-foot deck wraps around three sides of the home, with hot tub for 7, gas barbecue, patio furniture and built in benches. A large common area with open ponderosa pine forest extends from the deck. A single car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. Five new adult cruiser bikes and a 2 child bike trailer are available for guests.

Sleeps 8:: The Master Suite has a King Bed with Private Bath. One of the Bedrooms has a Queen Bed, while the other a Single/Double Bunk. There is a Queen Sofa Sleep in the Living Area.

We had an amazing vacation staying at your home. We loved that it was close to the mall and south pool. The deck was absolutely wonderful. Our kids enjoyed playing with the foosball table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will defintely be back.

Very nice home, well furnished, especially the kitchen. The wrap-around deck is nice. Spacious living room. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Well maintained bikes with lock cables provided. Close to the village area, but not near traffic noise. Railroad nearby - you can definitely hear the occasional trains but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Owner very responsive. Received email replies within a day on a couple of minor maintenance issues. (We wished they had Mavericks passes, but the outdoor pool was available, for which they have passes.) Overall - very good home. The price was right and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed your house! It was very clean and had everything we needed!! We exspecially liked the gas fireplace for the cold mornings. Looking forward to renting it again.
