This is a beautifully furnished three + two bedroom beach/pool/ jacuzzi home located in the exclusive beach community of Carlouel, a subdivision. The home is right on Clearwater Beach and is only a one minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and the marina where you can go parasailing, deep sea fishing, SCUBA diving, and take dolphin tours! The home is situated at access to the beach! This means that you are less than a 30 second walk to the beautiful white sand paradise of Clearwater Beach. A legal weekly rental home with City of Clearwater. Bring your family, and pet is welcome. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac where you can enjoy privacy and safety for your kids and pet. Swim in our solar heated pool and sunbathe to your hearts content.
