Best apartment for the price

Studio Mazarine helped make my Paris vacation memorable. Thierry is a consummate professional. He answers emails and phone calls immediately; I knew I could count on him. The studio was sparkling clean; the bed beyond comfortable; delicious espresso coffee and an espresso machine were provided; WiFi access was seamless. Since I had the washer/dryer, I packed only one carry-on for 2 weeks! The location is awesome. Rue Guénégaud is quiet, but within a few steps are a market, a fruit/vegetable market, shops, dozens of eateries, Metro stops, bus stops, and the beauty of the Seine and Pont Neuf.
On a personal note, I have arthritis in my knees and needed an elevator that worked 100% of the time, which the one in the building did. Two bus lines go right through the neighborhood. More bus stops are a moderate walk away. (Half of each bus in Paris is dedicated for people with disabilities and the elderly.) In places, the cobblestone sidewalks on Rue Guénéugaud and Mazarine are narrow and a bit slanted, but I walked slowly and had no problem. You can call a taxi or get one on Rue St.Germain. The walk to/from the Metro was doable. In short, if you have a disability like mine you can tailor transportation as you need, using Studio Mazarine as a solid base.
As a single woman, I felt safe in the apartment and on the streets around it at night. And knowing that Thierry was available if I needed help was priceless. The quality, price, and management of Studio Mazarine can't be beat.
