This condo has all new counter tops, a nice dining area, and a breath-taking view from it's private balcony. There are 3 TV's, 3 VCR's,and a DVD player to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is even a Wet Bar. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a great view of the beach. There is a Washer/Dryer in the condo. The complex has two elevators, a security code entrance, and luggage carts for your convenience. You'll love the indoor & outdoor pools, the hot tub, oceanfront sun deck with chairs for lounging, and the propane grilling area. Departure cleaning is included in the weekly rate but linens are not.Located close to shows, shopping, golf courses, water park and all the Grand Strand / Myrtle Beach area has to offer.

We have been on many beach vacations along the east coast. Sometimes staying in a rental home, sometimes a condo. We decided we wanted to be right on the beach this time, so we chose this location in Garden City Beach. The beach was beautiful. White sand and warm water. The area is much less commercialized than Myrtle Beach itself, which is what we were looking for. If you wanted more commercial areas, they were easily accessible.

There was ample parking for all guests. Just a note, the swimming pool was in the parking lot, not on the beach side.

Very easy to get to the beach. The view from the balcony made you feel like you were in the ocean!

From the description of the rental, it said that there were two twin/single beds. When we arrived, we found out the two beds were infact double beds and we had to go out the first day to buy sheets to fit (we brought twin).

The condo is a little older and may need some updates in the future, but overall, it was a great value for the low cost.
