Come enjoy the newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms in this charming condo. WiFi access, cable TV, DVD and VCR available. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Private screened lanai with wooded views. Master bedroom has new queen mattress; guest bedroom has two new twin mattresses. Comfortable hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. All bed and bath linens provided. Condo is a ground floor end unit with extra windows. Very quiet and private.

Deeded beach access leads to never-crowded stretch of Sanibel's famous shell beach. Wonderful nature preserve nearby - a bird-watcher's paradise. Sanibel is a true island paradise, with almost half the island designated to wildlife conservation, and no high rises, neon signs or traffic lights in sight. A great place to relax and unwind!

About 45 minutes from SW Florida's International Airport; just one causeway from Fort Myers. Sanibel has one of the best shelling beaches in the world! You're sure to come home with souvenir fighting conches, scallops, etc. Over half the island is a dedicated nature preserve, with great bird-watching, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, etc. Fascinating shops, 55 restaurants, a movie theater and two public golf courses to entertain you. Fishing of all sorts -- from free pier or beach through excursion vessels to hired individual guides -- is available.

We loved the location. For us it was relaxing and secluded. The Osprey nest was wonderful to watch every day. Our only concern was an electricl breaker problem. I do not think Sheila was as concerned as we felt she should have been.

Wonderful Vacation Place

We just returned from our first trip to Sanibel Island and we can't wait to go back again! We had no idea where to stay and then I found this condo for a great deal. Very cute and conveniently located. The pool was nice...warm and clean, not over crowded. The beach access is just across the street and to the right. We found beautiful shells there and at several of the many beaches on Sanibel/Captiva. Some of these condos have laundry in the unit, this one does not but there are washers and dryers in the office right next to the pool. We really liked the quiet vibe of this place as opposed to the busy, flashy resort scene. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough....next time we will make it 10 days unstead of 6!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We LOVE Sanibel and wanted to take a vacation this summer but we were on a tight budget this year. We decided to just "look" on the VRBO website to see how much it might cost for a week in Sanibel. We were SO DELIGHTED to find this AWESOME condo. It fit perfectly in our budget and we could't have asked for more. We have stayed in many beach condos and this one is one of the largest we have been in. It was so quiet and the location was located in ideal area of the island. The beach is perfect (as always) and nature was right out the door. Wonderful accomodations + budget friendly + perfect location + etc... = AWESOME VACATION!!! Only thing that could make it better was if we owned a condo of our own. The owner is awesome, and always responded promptly to every question that I had. HIGHLY RECOMMMED this rental property; we will certainly have this one bookmarked on our favorites page! Thanks for allowing us to rent your condo so that we could add to our family memories!

Amazing value in one of nation's most scenic locations

This is a very comfortable and reasonably-priced condo in the heart of one of the most scenic islands in the country -- Sanibel Island. You are just one block away from a beautiful and tranquil beach, with amazing sunsets almost every evening. You are also about four blocks away from Ding Darling, one of the nation's most photographical bird sanctuaries.

If you are a photographer, or just a nature buff, it is an amazing value.

Great value on Sanibel

This is a very nice condo, reasonably priced, and just a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico. The condo complex includes tennis courts and a nice swimming pool. It is located in the middle of the island, a short bike ride away from the famous Ding Darling nature preserve. If your family wants to stay in one of the most beautiful spots in the U.S. without breaking the bank, this is the way to go!
