You’ve just found what you’re looking for here in this beautiful Sandestin townhome complete with its own private dock and water on both sides along the 7th hole of The Links Golf Course! This beautifully appointed home has an open floor plan with picturesque views to awaken your mind and spirit! The Master Suite provides all the conveniences of home including a king sized bed to keep you cozy at night while enjoying the fresh salty air. The Guest Room is furnished with a roomy Queen bed and the loft space has two twin beds, large enough for accommodating your family or friends! There is always something to do –just a short walk to cool off at the Bayside pool or have Movie Night right at home. The living room has a 32' Flat Screen TV and both bedrooms have a 32' Flat Screen TV for your convenience. WiFI is also available. Step outside onto the spacious deck and catch some Great Bass and Brim just steps away on your own private dock!

Maximum occupancy is 6, Non-Smoking unit. Minimum rental age is 25.

This home is located in the quiet relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin. The beach is just a short drive across the street. You can also walk, jog or bike there using the tunnel that goes under Highway 98. This home does not offer shuttle service.

Love this townhouse

My husband and I spent two weeks in January here and loved it. It's very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is a very nice area. It's close to many things- shopping, dining, etc. We will stay here again if we return to this area, which we plan to do. I definitely recommend it, especially if you like to golf or fish.

Truly a Sandestin gem! Gorgeous views!! A must stay for any family!!

From spending every morning on the deck feeding the ducks to spending every afternoon on the deck having a drink and watching the sunset ,this property has so much to offer. The views were perfect, the unit was very well kept, and as always the Sandestin resort was the perfect spot for a vacation. And with it being a short walk to the pool it made it very easy for us to come and go as we wanted. So if your looking for a comfortable place to stay with great views and easy pool access then this is where you wanna be!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. We have two young children and they both loved feeding the fish, ducks and turtles from the pier. We will definitely re-book for next year!
