Beautiful 4 BR condo with gulf view - 'Paradise Cove', next to Seaside. Come enjoy the emerald waters and sugar white sands of Seagrove Beach! Twenty minutes from Destin, this quieter, family-oriented beach is fast becoming a favorite. 'Paradise Cove' is a fabulous top-floor, gulf-side condo. The bright, cheerful interior is a spacious 2200 square feet with 10' ceilings and crown molding. The interior is decorated with a Caribbean influence and includes some hand-painted furniture, giving the feel of a tropical beach setting. The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system, and opens onto a huge 42' balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony offers spectacular gulf views! Transom windows allow lots of light in the living area and on cool days/nights, enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. French doors open onto a private sitting porch. The third bedroom, also with queen-size bed and it's own sitting porch, shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom, which has one twin bed and one bunkbed.
