616 Palm Boulevard: This large home on *Isle of Palms offers fantastic views of beautiful Hamlin Creek, a private swimming pool with sun deck, and easy beach access. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, this property provides very direct beach access. After returning from the beach, the kids can continue having fun in the private swimming pool while you keep an eye on them from the sun deck or the second floor sun room. Fun plus convenience will equal relaxation for you! With five bedrooms (four Queen beds and two Twin beds), two sleeper sofas (Queen size) in the two living rooms, three full bathrooms, two full kitchens, sun room and two large screened porches, this home can easily accommodate 12 guests. * Isle of Palms is an uncrowded barrier island only 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. I found this home to fit our needs very vell. We used both lower and upper parts of the house and found both to be in outstanding order. The house was clean and well kept.
We found the house to be all that the discription on the internet offered and a bit more. Location was outstanding for the beach. I don't have much info about the restaurants on the Isle Of Palms but the ones in Mt Pleasent and the Charleston area were Outstanding. We enjoyed the Main attractions in the Charleston area(Downtown, French Market, Ft. Somter, Etc..), all were a reasonable distance from the house.
I had very good communication and service with the owner and would recommend this property to any large group looking for a nice house in the Charleston area
The property was clean and everything was in working order. The home also had extra beding for us, but we were a bit short on bath towles. The washer and dryer came in handy and worked well.
Maintenance did an outstanding job of cutting the grass and getting the trash on the street on its due days.
Yes this house did its job in giving myself and friends an excellent stay. I received feedback from my friends and they were very happy with the house, location and area.
Yes I would recommend this house/home for any needing a large house. It Will Fit.
Thanks to all who made our stay a joy.

My family rented this property August 22 for the weekend to celebate our son returning safely from Iraq (for the fourth time)...there was 11 of us..( 3 kids)...
the house was great! good rooms,easy to find,great beach,shopping,pool....and the weather participated greatly,too!
we will definitely return to same house if possible next year and will recommend it to any and all !
