This wheelchair accessible home has been updated for the 2010 season with new windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, new living room furnishing and a freshly painted interior. The first floor of this home is wheelchair accessible and includes a master bedroom suite with a single electric hospital bed, and an overhead lift rail for use with your portable lift. The suite’s bathroom has an accessible shower. Also located on the first floor are the kitchen, dinning area, living room and half bath. The second floor contains a second master bedroom and bath with its own deck overlooking the lagoon and docks. There are also two bay view bedrooms, a bay view upper deck and another full bath. The second floor also contains the laundry area with washer and dryer. The rear of the home has two lower docks and one raised dock and can accommodate one or two boats. Always find the perfect sun, shade, and breeze combination with any one of the three separate decks, and three docks to choose from. Catch a fresh batch of Jersey Blue Claws' from the docks.

Quick access to the bay for the boater. From there cruise to north or south inlets for access to Atlantic Ocean. About one hour by boat to Atlantic City, via ocean or intra coastal routes, with docking available in the Marina district. Drop anchor at 'Tuckers Island' at the southern tip of Long Beach Island for a totally relaxing day on this uninhabited island.

The beautiful ocean beaches of Long Beach Island are just a ten minute drive. Guests are provided with beach access badges for all the Long Beach Township Beach spread over the 18 mile long barrier island.

Accessible and great for boating

Accessible first floor made the vacation enjoyable for our daughter and us. Not that many places available that can accomodate our daughter's wheel chair and having the overhead lift rail was a great back saver.

Having the boat in the back was convenient and allowed us to get our daughter out for a cruise with a reasonable effort. It also keep my husband happy with quick bay access for fishing and crabbing.

The location of the property is close to LBI and we were able to find handicpaped parking spaces beach front and there was wooden walkways and decks available to accomodate the weheel chair.

Even if you do not have a need for handicapped accessible accomdations it would be great place for the serious boater.

Would definetly consider returning tn the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Great for handicapped access

Cons: Property was clean but definately needs some upgrades to have the label "modern".
Pros:
1. The owner was easy to work with.
2. Great location.
3. Alot of handicapped amenities if you need them.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, People with Disabilities
