Welcome to our beautiful Mountain home.When location matters, you don't need a car here, we are located just three blocks to the south of Main Street in Frisco, you will be surrounded by some of the worlds best skiing, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, sailing, road biking, hiking, climbing, camping....well you get the drift. From our home, you can walk, take the free bus or drive for just a few minutes to experience the beauty and excitement of some of the most incredible mountains in the world. World class restaurants right around the corner. Three night minimum.

Although the home is only three blocks from Main Street, it is on a fairly secluded side street with little traffic and lots of peaceful mountain beauty. Located 5 minutes to Copper Mountain, 25 minutes to Vail, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone, 20 minutes to A-Basin and 15 minutes to Loveland. DIA is 1 hr and 30 minutes. A free shuttle bus will take you to most of these areas and is located 3 blocks away.

This architectural masterpiece was designed by Baker, Hogan and Houx in a way to capitalize on the incredible views of Mount Royal. As you enter through the 10 foot Alder door, you will be struck by the 22 foot high ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows that provide beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from every window in the house. The great room includes a large kitchen with granite, alder and steel, a large natural rock fireplace and original artwork throughout the home.

The master suite has high ceilings, access to the deck and hot tub and incredible views of Mount Royal. The master bath has a large custom soaking tub and separate shower.

The lower level includes a large family room with fireplace, 65' high definition home theater, wet bar, patio and bathroom. There is a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two singles, and a small master suite with queen murphy bed and private bathroom.

In the summer enjoy Smores cooked over an open fire in the back yard after a long day of cycling...or golfing...fishing...sailing...hiking...mountain biking...etc...

In the winter jump into the hot tub at the base of Mount Royal and stare at the stars after a long day of epic skiing...or snowshoeing...or snowboarding...snowmobiling...kite skiing...dog sledding...paragliding...etc... There is a free bus shuttle 3 blocks away that will take you straight to Copper Mtn. in 5 minutes, or straight to Breckenridge in 15 minutes.

This is our actual home and we respectfully request that you treat as you would your own. Owners live on site in a lock off attached apartment with a separate entrance. This home is located in a terrific neighborhood with full-time residents nearby. Our property is a no-smoking, no shoe, non-party atmosphere. Person signing lease must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property. If you do not like these rules, PLEASE do not rent our home.

Leah, Pat, Dylan and Jeremy are the owners of this beautiful home. We have lived in Frisco 6 years and LOVE IT! There is so much to do year round, and it is never a dull moment. We invite you to share our home and feel free to ask us questions on what to do in the area. There are numerous festivals in the Summertime. We enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, snow-shoeing, camping, boating. Everything that the mountains have to offer. We love the weather, it never gets much above 80 degrees in the summertime and we usually have 300 days of sunshine a year.

Great Spring Break Skiing Vacation!!!

This was a great house to use for our Spring Break Vacation (7 nights). Leah and Pat were very accommodating and great to deal with. This was a very spacious and beautiful two story house for our family and friends (six adults and five children). It was very convenient that it had two family rooms (one for the adults and the other for the kids). Very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and all the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Very close to several great ski resorts, we went to Ski Cooper (great place for beginners), Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. Also went to dinner at Vail. Everything was so close!

Also in nearby Silverthorne, there is a great steakhouse called The Mint. Choose your cut of meat and cook it yourself around a huge grill (with a cold one in your hand). Don’t miss it!

We experienced a wonderful family vacation, which included four couples and three teens, together for a week. The accommodations were great as described. It definitely gave us the 'Colorado Experience' we expected. Everyone loved the location. Has a great view of Mt. Royal, it's on a quiet street, an easy walk to town and several local hiking trails, and a definite place to stay for those who enjoy biking. There was plenty room for all. We especially liked the two living spaces and the open kitchen/dining area. We cooked several meals and enjoyed getting the family together for dining after a day of exploring the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

NIce house, good for families and couples

This is a very nice, well equipped house that is walking distance to the town of Frisco and hiking and biking trails. The layout is great for children with a downstairs living space and yard. With three couples and three children we were very comfortable in the space. We had no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful vacation at Leah's home. It is beautiful, big and has everything you need. We were a big group yet had plenty of room to spread out. My 4 teens enjoyed the lower level with big screen TV. Leah was very helpful, even finding us a great price on snowmobiles. You won't regret booking here!
