The loft is a partial second floor, reached by a staircase, with a wood-burning fireplace, all leading to an incredible view of the lake. This area provides a television with a comfortable viewing area of the lake, a small office setup with desk and fax/copier, as well as the third sleeping space with two twin beds. The kitchen is modern, with every convenience. The house is replete with wood paneling, hardwood floors, oriental rugs, and original art.
One Queen floor futon and Queen roll out bed in the loft allow sleeping for an additional two people, so the house sleeps 8 at capacity.

A secret path from the house to the lake leads to your use of own pier (and the use of your own 3 boats) and the lake frontage.
On a forested acre surrounded on two sides by the bohemian groves, with extensive decks, and landscaping designed for year-round beauty. This unique retreat features a spectacular hot tub/spa for 6 that overlooks the lake. This hot tub is state-of-the-art with fiber optic lights surrounding the entire spa that light up the steam and the water in a variety of different colors for your complete relaxation and enjoyment.
The ideal place is for four-season fun as we are close to several mountains for ski weekends and winter retreats. The lake, when frozen, can be wonderful for snow shoeing and/or skating.
Canoe, rowboat and paddle boat are available, free of charge, for rentals. This beautiful home is secluded, yet only minutes drive to the local wineries, Lake Michigan, Union Pier, St. Joseph, Warren Dunes, Grand Mere State Park, Public Golf courses and bicycle and hiking trails and 45 minutes to Saugatuck!
