Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Our Non-Smoking, Venice condo is on the ninth floor and faces west with a full Gulfview. Our screened lanai has yet to miss a sunset. The only barrier between you and the Gulf Coast Beach is the heated swimming pool.

The master bedroom with a king-size bed has a complete view of the Gulf. The second bedroom has twin beds. The spacious living room has a fold-out queen sleeper. There are two full bathrooms and lots of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed lanai or in the breakfast room. The dining area is the perfect spot to entertain your new 'Venice Sands' friends. This beautiful unit has recently been decorated and completely refurnished.

Swim, play shuffleboard, and attend activities in the club house at the Venice Sands. Search for sharks teeth and shells as you walk along the beach. Shop at the Downtown Venice Shopping District, golf, attend plays, and charter a fishing boat... ALL these activities are just minutes away! Enjoy waterfront dining at many local restaurants.
