Our luxury beachfront condo is a former developer's unit located on the third floor and has the most amazing views overlooking one of the most pristine beaches in the country. Enjoy the fantastic views from the private oversized balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The entire unit has been completely renovated and all of the upscale furnishings are brand new. Enjoy the new granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms along with travertine tile, new carpets in bedrooms and upgraded appliances. This is truly a tropical retreat with three beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub with custom tile, separate large walk-in shower and an over-sized vanity with double sinks. The master also has a sitting area perfect for reading your favorite book, a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and sliding doors to the lovely patio overlooking the gulf. Both of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds with a 22 inch flat screen TV with DVD player.

The dining area features a marble top table that seats six with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Make the most of your meals by serving them on the patio overlooking the gulf and pool area. A tile top table seats six and a bistro set with a tile top provides comfortable seating for two.

No detail has been overlooked in this luxury condo, from the exquisite furnishings, custom decorating, and top-of-the-line bedding for your comfort and retreat to paradise. The living room offers a beautiful view of the gulf, an entertainment center with a 50 inch flat screen TV, a home theatre system and DVD player. The seating area includes a sofa, love seat and an oversized chair with ottoman.

The Dunes of Seagrove, located off Scenic Highway 30A is a four-story, beachfront complex that includes a 7,500 square foot beach-side lagoon multi-level swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, steam and sauna room and the availability of a meeting room. Located at the property are two charcoal grills for your family to grill out during your vacation. Come enjoy these special amenities in this intimate retreat where you can relax, hear the sounds of the waves and the serenity of the white sand and beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.

We absolutely love spending time at our beach home at the Dunes of Seagrove. It is the ideal location on 30A. There is every amenity available to ensure that everyone has a wonderful vacation. Being right on the beach and having the serenity of hearing the ocean while you dine and sleep is the perfect retreat.

What makes this condo unique

Our family loves collecting shells, kayaking, biking and relaxing by the pool. We spend lots of time on the beautiful balcony dining, reading and relaxing. It is also fun to visit Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach to name a few in the area. We ride our bikes over to Seaside and eat at the many wonderful restaurants right on the beach.

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was immaculate. The owner went above and beyond what I would expect and have experienced from other past vacations! There are many wonderful extras such as beach towels, ocean toys, beach chairs, etc. I would recommend highly and would definitely stay again!

Our family stayed in this wonderful condo for our second fall break retreat. Again, we were not disappointed. The furniture, stocked items, and overall comforts within the condo made it so easy for us to feel right at home, even with three children between the ages of 4 and 7.

Being able to view the sunset directly from the unit or balcony are priceless. Such a nice treat!

I wish the development would go ahead and heat the pool in October rather than waiting until November, but we were still able to enjoy the ocean and hot tub and certainly do NOT fault the owners in any way for this one little detail. We were able to easily fill our days with beach time, bike riding, and hot tub while also enjoying the many lovely restaurants nearby.

We consider this location ideal for our family. Bicycle rides are so easy to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Even our seven year old can do it and have a blast!

We will definitely be looking for availability next year as we have found a keeper!

This is a lovely unit. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen is a cook's dream with every amenity you need. It is spacious and has wonderful unobstructed Gulf views. We had a grand time and we hope to return !!!

gorgeous condo, gorgeous view!

For the second year in a row we were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful and very comfortable
condo. Janna was again a wonderful hostess and so pleasant to work with; we use vrbo frequently
and we have never dealt with such a gracious owner as she is. Everything in the condo is top-notch
Tommy Bahama decor and it is all as if brand new. There was not a thing that we needed that was
not provided; even a coffee grinder for your own fresh coffee beans! It is an end unit condo with a
fabulous view of the gulf. Our daughter was lucky enough to see a manatee come to shore and she,
along with everyone on the beach was so excited. You never know what you might see, so come
on down and stay at this great condo!

Magnificent!

Janna, we enjoyed spending our second winter in your beautiful condo and we really appreciated the beautiful weather you supplied this year. It was by far the best we've ever experienced! You always outdo yourself by having EVERYTHING one would need to enjoy a great trip to paradise. From beach toys, beach coolers, wave boards, etc., all anyone needs to bring are clothes and sun screen! Even all the paper products are supplied.

We have lots of guests during our winter stay and everyone who stays at The Dunes tell us that our unit is the envy of all the others in the complex. Who could ask for more? Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay, should definitely consider 308A!
