Comfortable one floor living in classic contemporary home in the Lobsterville area of Gay Head (Aquinnah), the quietest, coolest town on the Island. Overlooks the Elizabeth Islands, Vineyard Sound and the North Shore. Large living room with fireplace and sliders to front deck - perfect for entertaining or relaxing while watching boats coming in and out of Menemsha Harbor. Dining area (table seats 10 comfortably) adjacent to living room and modern well-equipped kitchen. Four main bedrooms each open to a large side deck. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has queen bed. Other 2 main bedrooms have 2 twins each. Small bunk room for kids. 2 baths. Large yard provides safe play area for the kids. Outside 'after swim' hot & cold shower. Five minute walk to Lobsterville Beach and Menemsha Pond (1/4 mile). Easy bike ride to Menemsha Bike Ferry provides access to store, fish markets and harbor. Short drive to Philbin Beach and Gay Head Cliffs.

This is the second time we rented this house. The view from the deck is magnificent. Such a secluded, quiet location. This house is modest but very comfortable.Great outside shower! Can't wait to stay again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children
