Enjoy life the way the Hampton's used to be. The wrap around verandas of Rose Cottage invite family and friends. Enter and you will discover a gourmet kitchen with all the cookware you could ask for.
A master suite on the second floor is a great retreat.
The third floor which we call Grandma's Attic is a story and a half space with computer area, television area, double bed, trundle bed and room for countless sleeping bags; a ladder to its loft gives a water view and a good place for reading. I hate to mention the word rain, but if it happens, the kids will be happy with this space... and the parents will be too.

I bought the property in late 1990's and since then have extensively redesigned the house and developed the landscaping. I worked on Wall Street, and found Shelter Island to be a perfect place to get away for relaxing, dining, and boating. Cooking is a passion and I have created a gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances from which I frequently given large parties.
