The first floor offers an efficiency-style kitchen, half bath, and cozy sitting area, and all bamboo flooring. There is a direct entrance to a large third floor public porch, which has great views of the 480 acres of preserved parkland and hiking trails at the village. Up the spiral staircase, the 10x9 ft mezzanine/office divides the living room and bedroom. Here there is a trundle bed (2 twin beds) and desk. The large loft style bedroom has full bath, and two skylights. This unit has two original dormers that face west- which provide a great deal of sun throughout! Ideal Space for two - four occupants (but can fit more to sleep on couch or blow-up mattress if needed).
