The unit has a fantastic mid-town location close to some of OC's favorite restaurants. The Diamondhead building is oceanfront with my unit being on the side which makes for a great view of both the beach and the bay. Balcony has pub style height table and chairs for maximum view. Just take the elevator to the first floor and you are just footsteps away from the sand. There is an outdoor pool with chairs for your enjoyment along with an outdoor shower to wash off from a fun day at the beach.
The unit is well maintained with a beach inspired sea shell decor. It has 2 double beds in the bedroom along with a pullout couch. There is one full and one 1/2 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, small microwave, coffee pot and all utensils and cooking items you'll need during your stay. There is wireless internet, cable TV with HBO and a combination DVD/VCR in the living room.

I bought the unit just this past March and have quickly become a part of the community by joining the condo association board of directors. I run a part-time DJ business so please don't hang up when you hear my DJ business message if you call my phone number.
I chose the Diamondhead Building for it's great location, fantastic views and the curb appeal of the building. The condo association has done a great job of maintaining the building and it shows with yearly renovation projects planned to keep the building top of the line.
