Features central H&A, full kitchen, dishwasher, table for 4, table for 2 at front window, nicely furnished/decorated, 2 flat screen wall mounted TVs, computer desk station, beautiful leather furniture, building has plenty of parking (covered and non-covered), pay washer/dryer on each floor, and has elevators. Walk to local restaurants and bars all directly on the beachside. Trolley service available or take a short drive to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, tourist shopping, mall, dinner cruises, fishing, jet ski rentals, movies, etc. High speed internet, Unlimited long distance to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, N. Mariana Islands and Canada. Printer/Scanner/Copier Fax and desktop computer available in this unit. I manage another direct beach view 1/1 condo - ask me about availability!

Master has wall mounted flat screen TV/VCR-basic cable, queen rod iron canopy bed, & double closets. Living Room has wall mounted flat screen TV/CD/Stereo/VCR, sleeper sofa, Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator (ice maker), smooth top range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc., 2 bar stools, and table for 4. Unit has all tile floors and beach chairs/umbrellas, baby play pen.

Great Beach Condo

We had a great beach vacation! The condo contained everything we needed (beach chairs, coolers, cooking utensils/pots and pans). The condo was right on the beach and the water was a clear blue. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. I hope we can come back and stay in this condo again.
